Very professional and courteous staff were able to get me in the same day I called. They paid special attention to my insurance plan to maximize the benefits I can receive. The office, lobby, and treatment rooms were very clean and the equipment was all modern and well serviced. The lobby had current magazines, a lovely childrens play station, and Keurig for refreshments. I was treated by Dr. Scott Coletti who is a refreshing mix of professionalism and personability. I found him to be very knowledgeable and confident in his work as well as easy to communicate with, especially when we were speaking about my treatment and reviewing my x-ray films. I would highly recommend the services of Baywest Health & Rehab.

I went to Baywest Health and Rehab last week and had a top notch experience. Staff was very welcoming and they greeted me when I came in the door, offered me a drink, and expressed to me about how long I will have to wait. I felt very welcomed. They have many modalities there to help with pain management and better movement. To top it off they have a specialist there named Erin Bolton that helped me with my nutrition. I feel when I am done with her protocol I am going to get a new beginning on life. I am very grateful I was referred to this Chiropractic office.

Dr. Scott Coletti and his team at BayWest cannot be beat! I feel so amazing after an adjustment there. I recommend BayWest to all my friends and family who are in search of pain relief or an adjustment. Ive been going to Dr. Scott for 5 years and wouldnt trust anyone else to treat me. He helped me find relief from a ruptured disk in the middle of my back with consistent treatments, tools, stretches, and massages to help work through the pain, which is now gone! :) If youre looking for someone you can trust, Dr. Scott is your guy!

The staff at Baywest are all amazing. Theyre always smiling and friendly and they always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I first started going to them after a bad car accident in 2011 and I still continue to go there to this day. I dont have any insurance and they are very affordable. I am also a massage therapist and I will refer my clients to Dr. Coletti when they need an adjustment because I know from personal experience that Dr. Coletti will go out of his way to help relieve your pain!

What a very nice office very clean and fresh. The staff are all very attentive to you and are kind understanding of your pain . Was a absolute pleasure to be there. staff offered me a beverage as soon as I waked in .The appliances are very up to date and you can see that the staff are on top of cleaning the appliances after every use.The DRs Have very good bedside manners. but what is most important to me is I felt a million times better. Thank you all so much for making me fill at home and welcome.

Doctor Colletti is wonderful!!!!! The staff is great they really care a lot about you. I would tell anyone to come here!!!! The doctors is so good, he knows whats wrong before you even tell him sometimes!!! They have physical therapy, hydrobed therapy,tens, heat, ice, ultrasound, chiropractic, massage therapy and many other ways to pinpoint and help you with whatever ails you!! Go and you will not be disappointed!!!!

I travel alot now that i am a semi-retired Chiropractor. First, I was in pain with my back. Difficult to sit stand, etc. The staff got me in the same day. Dr. Coletti had me start with cold laser therapy to reduce inflammation. Then he did a manipuflex adjustment. The best adjustment I have ever had. I felt so much better after I left the office. Made another appointment to continue to stay pain free. Thank you Dr. Coletti and staff.

Found baywest on my insurance website, I was in a lot of pain and needed to see a Dr. that day. I called over ten places and couldnt find one available. Baywest was able to get me in that day and I am so happy they were the ones who could see me. My pain went from a 10 to a 4 the very next day and everyone was so nice and welcoming.
