Dr Malone took his time in getting to know my eyes needs. While others told me I was not an ideal contact lens candidate, he found what worked for me. He took it back to basics for me & completely geared away from silicone. Turns out my eyes were having a hard time w the material of he majority of todays contact lenses. He was the only Doctor to figure this out after struggling for (literally) a decade. Lussy is amazing, patient, and will go to the extent to make sure youre 110% thrilled w your choice. Kathleen helped my husband in picking out lenses & frames last year, and she was nothing short of knowledgeable & helpful. Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Frank recently and he is just as kind as they come, very efficient & not lacking in knowledge in any way! We adore the entire staff here!

I went to see Dr. Anderson to get fitted for contact lenses for astigmatism. He is an extremely friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable guy and his staff is very professional and friendly as well. I have sensitive eyes and I was pretty finicky about wearing the contacts and Dr. Anderson went out of his way to make sure everything was just right for me. In the end he found a style of lens that was comfortable for me and didnt even charge me for the extra follow-up appointments (or the extra free contact samples)! He seems truly committed to making sure his patients are happy. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Anderson and his office to anyone!!

From the moment you walk into the office, you know youre in good hands. The entire staff is completely professional and they made my visit completely painless. Dr. Malone was very friendly and thorough. The staff even took the time to explain to me all of the benefits that I am entitled through my vision insurance. I will definitely make it a point to go back and recommend them to my friends and family. In a world where you typically have to wait and get minimal service from medical professionals, Anderson EyeCare definitely sets themselves apart. Not to mention, great hours for the working professionals.

Dr. Anderson is, quite simply, an epic eye doctor. I have not visited the other doctors in his practice, but Dr. Anderson is amazing. He is on faculty at USF College of Medicine, specializing in low vision and other uncommon eye disorders. As such, he can detect potential eye problems much earlier than a typical optometrist; he once said that he sees as many uncommon eye problems in a month as many doctors might see in years. I trust him completely and highly recommend him!

Excellent service! I have been a patient for over 7 years and wont go anywhere else. Doctor Malone is an expert in contact lens and even with my case being a challenging one, he took the time to find the best solution/fit for me. He doesnt rush the appointments and makes sure you are fully satisfied with treatment, lens or glasses. The front staff is always helpful, polite and friendly.

horrible experience $1245.00 ripoff, nightmare doctor suggested hard contact lenses 3 to 4 Inexperienced staff poked my eyes for 20 minutes trying to pull contact out, it was already out, promised full refund if hard contact did not work, they refunded only $400

I went there 5 different time because I couldnt see out of my glasses .. Horrible .. Will never be back . I shouldnt have to have my glasses remade 4 times .. After the 4th time I said forget it .. I want a refund.
