8/22/2012: I have benefited greatly from the care of Dr. Hamid Sadri. I have had 5 sessions with Dr. Sadri thus far, and my life seems to be changing back to what I thought would never be possible again. My Background: As an avid rock climber and runner for almost 20 years now, I eventually developed chronic hip pain in my right hip joint as well as my iliopsoas tendon. During the last two years I have seen two orthopedists and done significant physical therapy to treat the problem. My orthopedists tried multiple injections into my hip joint and iliopsoas tendon, but neither helped. The physical therapists I worked with only provided me with a minor amount of relief. As soon as I started to return to sport, everything seemed to fall apart again. Eventually, I was referred to Dr. Thomas Byrd in Nashville, TN (one of the top hip doctors in the nation) for a possible hip arthroscopy. As a last ditch effort before going for surgery, I contacted Dr. Sadris office based on recommendations. Treatment and Outcome: Dr. Sadri has changed my life and I am returning to sport at almost 100% now. I truly am amazed at what has happened to me in the past 2 months, and I just keep praying that it continues. It seems though, that it is not a matter of prayer that is helping me. Its simply Dr. Sadris care and rehab. I am very confident now about what the future holds for me as an athlete, and I look forward to providing an update on my level of fitness when I am fully recovered. UPDATE - 1/12/2013:It has now been over 4 months since I wrote my initial review, and I am very happy to say that my right hip and iliopsoas tendon are 95% healed. I owe my recovery to Dr. Sadri and his colleagues. I am still almost in complete shock that I have recovered from such a severe and unabating injury which I had learned to live with and assumed would never go away. I had accepted that surgery was the only option left. I am so grateful to Dr. Sadri and his staff. They are truly wonderful health care practitioners and very caring people as well.Thank you so much Dr. Sadri. 2013 will be a great new beginning.

I had a very bad experience with this person. If you want to work with him, just make sure that he is certain that he can help you. If he does not guaranty that you will get better, never even start your treatment with him. One of his tricks was the following: During my treatment he asked his therapist to massage my back muscles with two hard objects. He knew that it was painful, so he recommended me to take painkiller pills (3-4 Iro-Brufen) at nights. I did so, obviously, when I went back for next session after a day I was not able to feel the pain when he or his physiotherapist rated my pain. After 10 sessions when I saw that my pack pain is back as soon as I stopped taking the pills and shared with him he said that you did not have pain on such and such days, but he forgot about the pills he recommended himself. Another think I did not like about him and was worse that everything is the fact that he has no respect for our troops. When I told him that I joined the Army he humiliated me. I understand he has to pay bills as well, so if you live in that area and have decided to refer to him, I recommend you to go and see him for a consultation and then make your decision. Good Luck!

I see both Dr. Sadri and Dr. Cho here. My experience is overwhelming positive. Their methods may not be for everyone but theyve fixed, FIXED, many issues for me. I stress fixed because their methods are that profound for me. Further, they always give exercises to do at home to help you get better outside of their care. I work out regularly and push myself harder than I should so I have had numerous injuries that I have come in for. Within a few visits (never have I needed 10 as suggested in another review) my issues were resolved. Ill list what Ive come in for: Shin Splints (after dealing with chronic shin splits for over a year Sadri & Cho fixed in a few visits), Lower Back Pain, Shoulder/Neck pain and Foot/ankle pain. Furthermore, the staff and doctors are welcoming, knowledgeable and caring.

I cant recommend 1st Choice enough for anyone looking for quality chiropractic care. I started going to this office a little over a year ago for an annoying back pain issue, and Ive since had a wealth of relief from it. They really take the time to fully evaluate you while youre there, and truly get to the root of the issue so you can get relief. The exercises and recommendations I received were simple and are easy to do at home - and they have helped with my pain tremendously. I also love that they do the active release therapy, something that gives me instant relief and has definitely helped me long-term, too. Honest, top-notch care for anyone with a lingering issue, or if you need a little extra TLC before/after your athletic events.

I first met Dr. Delfavero (Nik) in May 2009 at the Macon Rock & Roll Half Iron Tri. He helped fix my IT band issue that had plagued me for a couple years prior that hadnt responded to treatment by Orthopaedists. The Orthos kept going at the spot of the pain on the outside of my knee, Nik traced it to its source at the top of my glutes. since then I have been to him numerous times with various injuries and he always has fixed me up. I swear by him and have referred dozens of my cycling, soccer and office buddies to him, and taken my kids to him as well. Hes helped all of them, havent had anyone come back with anything other than thanks. Ive also seen Drs. Shuman and Sadri -- both also excellent.

Simply Amazing Dr Sadri and team are miracle workers. I am a triathlete and an ultramarathoner, who has been usiong First Choice services for a few years now. I have alway been put back on my feet and running, no matter what. Always courteous, on time and very professional. Afetr having an extensive shoulder surgery, I chose to have my PT done at first choice. The team worked with me every day for hours and recovered me, so I could compete in Ironman Arizona, when I was told that chances for that were slim to none. I am now, preparing for a 100 mile foot race, and could not have done the training and preparation without awesome team of First Choice.

Dr. Sadri is hands down the most thorough provider Ive seen for treating athletic overuse injuries or just keeping me race-ready with regular treatments. He is especially skilled at working with athletes and keeping us "in the game." Even since moving out of state, I continue to consult with Dr. Sadri as needed. I have yet to find another ART/Graston provider who is as incredibly thorough and skilled as this man. His entire team at 1st Choice is highly competent and dedicated. Amy Kloner, Pro Triathlete

Dr. Stolz not only helped me to find near term relief for a recurring back stain, she helped me to craft a proactive stretch and strength program that will help me avoid future episodes. She listens intently and you can tell she sincerely wants to understand your goals for getting healthy. I was able to get back to an exercise routine in record time with her help, and I plan to adhere to my stretch and strength exercises for a lifetime. Im deeply grateful for her help and expertise.
