I like Dr. Nuñez and the price for an adjustment is great, but what the office people do not tell you is that great price is an automatic renewal each month. I paid in advance for one month for myself and my son, and after telling the receptionist on the last visit of the paid-for month that we would call when we were ready to return, and I did not discover the fraudulent charges to my credit card until two months later. I discovered an extra unauthorized $236 to my credit card, and when I called about it was told that the receptionist who did that was "no longer there" because several other people complained also. This was while my credit card company was on the line recording the call. Then Dr. Nuñez came on the line and told me he would deal with the unauthorized charges immediately. After waiting several days and sending several emails to Christina, who I suspect owns the franchise and has a vested interest in all this, she told me it would take 3-5 business days to make the credit to my account. I am still waiting after three weeks.

I bought a package plan, where u pay for back Adjustments monthly and you can go for a number of times, thus saving money. I cancelled before they charged me again for the next month. I went in for my service and they told me they had no record of me paying for that plan. They also had no record of me signing the cancellation form. I went home pulled up my bank statements and printed out a screenshot of my bank statement. I returned and SHOWED him that they charged me for that month. He said it was made up, that it was a fake paper. He wants to see my actual bank records from the bank. I will be doing this tomorrow and going to show him again! This people are Crazy! He even suggested I somehow hacked his bank records to get that screen shot, I dont even know what he is talking about! They robbed me and now REFUSE to do the service or give me a refund!

Dr. Nunez is great! I tried other chiropractors and they dont adjust as much and are wayyyy more expensive. But 20 dollar chiropractic is affordable and gives better service. My migraine headaches are down 80% after six adjustments with Dr. Nunez over the course of three months. I actually come mainly for back and neck pain, but the migraines going away is definitely a big plus! My neck pain comes back every now and then because I work at a desk, so I drop by whenever it gets annoying. Walk-in times are great, usually I dont have to wait, but there may be one patient ahead of me, so max is a five minute wait at most. If you want to be seen right away and not wait, they do also have appointments. But Dr. Nunez cleared all my problems and Im definitely gonna be a regular.

I had an appointment with another chiropractor (recommended by a friend) that was going to cost almost $200. I cancelled it to give $20 a chance. Ive been to chiropractors a lot, most cant adjust by very painfully tight, arthritic neck. And my lower back had 2 diskectomies last year. It was difficult to walk (both hips were out) when I visited Dr. Boyer. I walked out feeling very much better. He fixed my lower (hips) and mid back (spasms), and neck as well. He said he retired from chiropractic before, and returned to run this Norcross office after his kids went off to college. I got lucky and saved almost $180, and the extra time of the typical expensive chiropractor. $20 is very streamlined with the paperwork, and very quick to get to the point! I Highly recommend it!

Dr. Nunez is great. The office stuff is terrible. The first month they charge me twice on the 1st and then on the 8th. I have to request for a refund, which they did. A month after they I cancel, I was very disappointed that they charged my card twice. After I cancel they still charge my card and I have to request a refund for the second time. They refunded again. Now today I check my CC and I notice they have charge AGAIN! This is going to be my 3rd refund request. DO NOT TAKE THE MONTHLY PLAN WITH THEM. 12/7/16 One more time. They charge my credit card again. 4th request for refund. This office is awful!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE YOU CREDIT CARD!

I had never been to a chiropractor before at age 61 . I was having back and leg pain,my brother recommended $20 chiropractor so i googled and found one close by in norcross,Ga.Then i called spoke with Dr. Boyer, went in to his office for a adjustment the day after labor day. After my first adjustment i was still sore and achy with knee pain. Went back that friday for my second adjustment and really felt instant improvement and by sunday my pain was gone.Still need more adjustments but can finally rest and sleep.Thanks Dr. Boyer. Mike is incredible. The Marine Corps and Roofing and Remodeling industry really tore my neck and back to pieces. I have been to probably 15 different chiropractors in the last 10 years and that is because no one ever really did a good enough job. Some were pretty good and I managed my pain as much as possible but I literally spent thousands just maintaining. The first time Mike adjusted me I could tell right away he knew exactly what he was doing and what I needed. Also you cant beat $20 for such a real therapeutic adjustment. Highly recommended!!

I was lured by the $20 sign. Its so cheap and I am surprised the quality you get for just $20- an adjustment makes a huge difference! Sometimes I have a bad sleep and am in a lot of pain and it instantly is cleared after my visit. I even came for my car accident case and I got the adjustments, massage and electric therapy. Dr Nunez is really good at what he does. They are also really nice and easy-going. Very easy to schedule and reschedule. I dont think the office staff is bad... or maybe he hired new people because they are super friendly and sweet.

Dr. Nunez is fantastic!!! I was experiencing extreme pain in my hip. First time visiting a chiropractor. He explained the workings of the body, bone and muscle. That "crack, crack" of the neck is true. He also began realignment of the body. Just like your automobile. Pain disappeared. Went back for additional treatment. Stopped for a long while, then another pain. Let it go on for about 3 weeks. Thought perhaps it was muscular. Went back (walk in) and I AM FIXED ONCE AGAIN! By all means, come to this location

I recommend $20 Chiropractic to anyone experiencing pain or any type of discomfort. I just had my first visit 1 day ago and I am already feeling the benefits. First of all, the pain level in my lower pain back has significantly diminished, Ive had a more restful sleep, and my mood is better. Furthermore, Dr. Boyer helped ease my concerns through informative conversation about what Chiropractic is and the benefits that it can produce.
