I regret going to Arrowhead as soon as I met the doctor at the first meeting. During the waiting time, the ladies at the desk already received all the insurance information, but when I met the doctor, instead of caring about my pain and injury, he took half hour going over the insurance info and making phone calls. It was so obvious that he does not care about patient, but care a lot more about getting money. The treatment was only 20 minutes each time and he ordered me going there everyday. I only took x-rays and receiving 20 mins of treatment. For that, I was charged $900, which was 3-4 times more than other clinic. At another clinic, I received treatment including heated bed massage, vertebrate adjustment, and real person massage at another clinic. Each session is 70 minutes, three times a week, $200 each session. I felt a lot better at that other clinic.

I went after my wreck ... unknowning of the whole process. Went in it was very clean neat and professional. Evry1 was so friendly nice & knowledgeable everyday I come in they always have smiles on they faces. Since Ive been here I feel like family especially Jessica & Neomi cant name them All but the whole staff. Thanks you guys

When I was close to the end of physical therapy, I began to feel melancholy because I felt like "Whos gonna help me with my neck and back after Im released?" I have to admit that prior to coming to Arrowhead I was scared. However, after my first visit and many visit afterwards the staff is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. In addition, they definitely made sure that they provided me with the necessary exercises needed to help me heal.

I have been going to the arrowhead clinic for 4 days now since my car accident and it has been great. The doctors and the staff are helpful and I have already been improving. I will defiantly recommend anyone that needs therapy from a accident or slip n fall to arrowhead clinic, Wesley Chapel.
