Its hard to believe. After one visit, I already notice a dramatic increase in my mobility, and an equally dramatic decrease in my pain. In addition, I cant say enough good things about the warm, caring environment fostered by Dr. Shapiro and his entire staff. Ive only begun my treatment, and have a long road to wellness. But at the end of this first week of treatment, I have something that I did not have at the beginning of the week: hope. Thank you. ********************* After a little over two months of treatments, I thought it would be helpful to give an update on my condition and the success Ive experienced so far. Remarkable! As I stated in my previous review, I came to Dr. Shapiro and his staff with terrible lower back pain and decreased mobility. It was a major effort to drag myself into work each day, and all the activities that I loved, such as trapshooting, were impossible. After two months of regular treatments, and following the directions of the doctors in regards to my home-based therapy, I am pain-free and my mobility is actually BETTER than before my back pain began. Not only am I doing the things I love in life, Im actually better at them from both a physical AND a mental level, as my concentration is sharper. I really cant say enough good things about Dr. Shapiro, and his entire staff. They are caring, professional and very talented in what they do. If you suffer from the same problems I did, or any other problems that the doctors at Complete Spine Solutions feel confident they can repair, I fully recommend you visit them. After languishing on the couch for a few months in terrible pain, they did nothing less than give me my life back. Thank you. Seriously, thank you.

After experiencing chronic low back pain for almost 30 years, I discovered Complete Spine Solutions and Dr. David Shapiro. His treatment has changed my life, and I am pain free except after the most strenuous activities, such as hiking in the Rocky Mountains, and even after such abusive activities, the level of pain I experience is minimal. The treatment offered by Complete Spine Solutions is not difficult to undergo, and I did not find it painful, but it is different than the type of treatment offered by traditional physical therapy, which I had never found effective. Dr. Shapiros method is to discover the source of the pain and to eliminate the source rather than treating the symptoms, as I had found the objective of the traditional physical therapy I had undergone. The test of the effectiveness of Dr. Shapiros treatment of me came about 5 months after I began his wellness program. I drove a large cargo van from Atlanta to Washington, D.C., in one day and arrived without any back pain. The day after reaching Washington, I drove another 2 hours to Winchester, Virginia, and on the third day, drove 10 hours back to Atlanta, all without the slightest bit of discomfort! In the past this kind of trip would have had me crippled in pain. I now experience no back discomfort after riding in a car for hours which was not the case before being treated by Dr. Shapiro. If you are serious about ridding yourself of back pain, I urge you to consider treatment at Complete Spine Solutions. The therapeutic work you undergo there will change your life as it has mine.

When I first went to Complete Spine Solutions, I was probably one of the most skeptical patients they had ever had. I quickly became one of their most loyal devotees because they did a very thorough exam (including X-rays) and explained every problem and every procedure in my treatment. My pain began to diminish almost immediately, and I felt better overall after only 2 or 3 treatments. I have been in their care for a little over three weeks and my problems are slowly getting better. However, the one thing that I did not expect was the beneficial side effects. 1. For the first time in several years, I am sleeping 6 to 8 hours without waking. 2. I wake feeling much more energetic and wide awake. I had begun to think that waking with a lethargic, depressed feeling was normal for old age. 3. I am much more relaxed. 4. My blood pressure is down to approximately 120/70 (probably because of the relaxation). 5. My incontinence has almost disappeared. 6. I am feeling happier and more content with myself. In addition to all of this, the caring, efficient, up-beat, and knowledgeable staff have actually made “going to the doctor” a fun time. I look forward to it every time!

I admit that I was very skeptical when I first visited CSS. I was in pain and I went to the chiropractor so he could pop, twist or stretch something until it felt better. The discussion of treatment and correction did not sound like the immediate solution I wanted. But...I was in pain. So I signed on, ready to bail the minute I felt better. As treatment began, I was surprised at how much stronger I was getting. Not only was the pain I felt decreasing, but I was up and active again. In the intervening time, I have grown to trust Dr. Shapiro and his team. They encourage and coach me every time I am there. When something feels off, they listen and work with me to address it. I am extremely grateful to them for their care and for the significant improvement I have in my health and lifestyle as a result. In closing, I would be remiss if I did not single out Dr. Mike for thanks. All of the doctors have been great and Mike has been particularly helpful, friendly and effective in his care of me. CSS offers a great service and should be at the top of any list of care givers for chiropractic needs.

I have always been a skeptic on going to a chiropractor because of thinking that once you go it seems like it is something that you keep having to do without really fixing anything. Complete Spine Solutions has changed my thinking on that, but only because of their practice. Each person who works there is friendly and cheerful. They focus on your problems and spending time to help you make improvements. Because of their attention to detail, it is not just a short term fix, they help you reach long term goals. I went in just thinking that I wanted to help my posture, after they did a thorough examination and asked me questions about how I was feeling, I soon realized that there was so much more. In just 3 weeks time, I lost weight, had more energy, and a lot less pain. I even noticed a huge difference in my posture. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Could not be happier and you cannot find a better staff.

I highly recommend CSS for care after an accident or body issues with pain. First, they have awesome customer service. Everyone is so polite and helpful and always smiling. Norma is great! Krista is always there to help and guide you through treatments. Dr.Nelly made getting adjusted easy because at first I was scared but she is very good at what she does! Everyone there is great really!! Dr. Shapiro is very helpful and seems really concerned with helping you get better especially the natural way.They offer wellness treatments to help your body get better overall not just in one area. They have flexible appointment times and the treatments really help. I was in a car accident a few months ago and I feel a lot better. Neck and back pain is basically gone. If you need a chiropractor for pain relief or rehab I definitely recommend Complete Spine Solutions!
