This was the worst experience getting glasses that I can remember. The staff seemed as if they could not be bothered with you from the beginning. After my eye exam, I decided on a pair of frames as well as a pair of sunglasses. I also decided to put my new prescription lenses into my current designer frames. They never called to tell me my glasses were in. I called a week later. I was supposed to pick up my new glasses and leave my old ones to have my new lenses placed into them. When I arrived to get my glasses, the guy who cuts the lenses was not in. The staff told to to take my new glasses and leave my old ones and they would be done soon after that guy got there. Again, no phone call. 3 days later I called and they were ready. When I got to the store to pick them up, the girl at the reception desk seemed so annoyed that I asked her to tighten my glasses as they were falling off my face when I looked down. When I got to my car, I noticed a crack in my frames so I went back inside to show them. They were not sure if there was anything they could do. But yet again, the guy who cuts the lenses was not there and he was supposed to call me back to see if anything could be done. Yet again no phone call. I called 4 hours after to see what they were going to do about my frames. I was told they would replace my frames and cut the lenses while I wait. They had to order the lenses and yet again... no phone call! When I got to the store I gad to choose from cheap frames. I had designer frames that they broke!! It is not okay to replace those designer frames with 59.99 frames!! I chose a pair just to be done with this place! This whole event occured over 4 weeks! Absolutely ridiculous! Will not be going back.

WOW !! I have nothing but good things to say about this business. After being told at several different eye glass businesses that my rimless frames could not be used, I stopped at Pearl Vision on a whim. I was greeted at the door with an offer of assistance. Ricky was so helpful and assured me that my frames could be used. Loved hearing that. Ricky also specializes in making glasses using vintage glass frames....how cool it that. I received my glasses in a timely manner, and I love them. I did not feel pressured at all. Thanx, Ricky, you are an asset to Pearl Vision. Highly recommended.

Not helpful bought glasses and they have been hurting the top of my ears. No one every explained that there are differnt lengths for the arm lengths. Basically never checked to be sure they fit properly. Went to lens crafters and completely different experience. I had to pay out of pocket because id used insurance and pearl but now have a great fitting pair of glasses. Go somewhere that cares about what they do.

The service was appalling. The receptionist was very rude and made it clear she couldnt care less whether I stayed or left. After informing her I was on a time crunch, she let me know the dr was not with a patient and that I would be out in 15 min. 20 min later I was still waiting to see anyone.
