If i can give this office 10 stars i would. I called Monday to schedule a appt for my grandpa and she scheduled right away on Tuesday which is a big plus!! Cathy was the person assisting me, she is SUPER nice. When we got in the office the wait was not long at all, we were brough to the back and the assistant did a pink eye test and we waited for the doctor not too long at all maybe 5-10min. But oh my when Dr.Wood came in he was super nice and so funny. He made the appt so quick and got straight to the point he is know his stuff. I would recommend anyone to go there, the staff is very nice and the office is super clean and welcoming. DR.WOOD is amazing not enough words to say about him. EVERYONE WHO NEEDS A EYE DOCTOR SHOULD GO HERE!!

Being a returning patient I was disappointed at having to reenter all of my information again. A downloaded PDF form that I filled out on my computer and brought in would have been preferrable to trying to read my poor penmanship. But my eye testing and examination went perfectly. All of the staff were exemplary. I did not need new glasses this visit but when I did in the past, this too was good. The staff was very considerate with my indecisions!! I did experience some glitches with my new glasses but they were promptly resolved. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service I received and have received from Wood Eye Care and highly recommend them to others. Thank you.

I have been with the Wood Eye Care since they first opened their doors for business in this plaza. They offer a very compehensive exam using professionals that know the equipment. After the exam the doctors sit with you and review the results and answer any and all questions that you may have. They never give the impression that they want to rush the meeting and this is good. The one drawback that I have found is the cost of the lens and frames but if you are not happy with the costs they will provide a prescription to use to get the lens and frames else where. Oh and by the way they are die-hard Ohio Buckeye fans!!!!

I went to Wood Eye Care for the first time today and was more than impressed. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Wood did such a great job of making the appointment personal and helping me feel like I was apart of the exam instead of being told what I need. On a personal note, I was thrilled with the way they treated my toddler who had to tag along. They were in no way put out by his presence, but instead acknowledged him and made the experience of sitting in a Drs office happy for him.

KUDOS TO DR. JIM AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF... If you are looking for the finest personal care and concern for you as a patient...look no further! We have been patients of Dr. James Wood for 12+ years and have sung his praises to all our family and friends. When I recently required cataract surgery, Dr. Jim was there to encourage me and calm my nerves as he placed me in the hands of the EXCEPTIONAL surgeon who worked his magic. I would like to thank Dr. Wood and his staff for the first class treatment I received during my visit last week. Being new to the area, I was so happy to find an eye doctor that I felt was an absolute professional and who really seemed to enjoy his work. He was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. Normally, I would give 5 stars, but yesterday I had to wait 1 hour 15 minutes before seeing Dr. Wood. If I had been given an explanation or an apology, I might not have been so miffed. That being said, Dr. Wood is very caring, funny, and competent. His staff is friendly and helpful too. I will still go to him for eye care.
