The Doctor was excellent. She did a full exam and dilated my eyes to check for any issues that cannot be detected otherwise. The doctor was professional and did her job appropriately without just pushing me along through a streamed process. She took care in creating my profile and explaining the results of my exams. The only problem is that I got into my exam an hour, an entire 63 minutes, after my appointment time so I spent 2 hours at the optometrist to do a job that should only take an hour. It was ridiculous sitting waiting for an entire hour AFTER my appointment time before being seen. For that I give 4 stars.

The office itself was very nice. You were greeted as you came in the door which is pleasant. The only problem is the wait time. There seemed to be a very long wait time without any explanation. I had called ahead r/t work, to see about possibly coming in earlier. But other appts were booked. I was giving the option of being a walk in but I kept my appt. Even with that, the wait time was long. It was at one point it didnt peticularly seem as though the staff were very interested in the customers, though. Overall its a very pleasant office.

They are awesome! I thought that my appointment was going to be long. I was in and out in no time. The doctor uses new medical technology for my exam which made it easier to predict my prescription. The doctor took his time to explain to me what he was doing and explained my eye health in detail. Made me feel like a person and not another patient. Answered all of my questions

I set my eye appointment on-line. Arrived the next day Dr. Eid was concise, professional & to the point. I was able to get in/out during my lunch break. Now I just have to decide on which frames...

Very good experience today. With all of the new digital technology for eye exams now, it is a walk in the park. Dr. Kim Cohen was incredible and very professional and kind.
