A long time customer and I had many wonderful experiences. I am saddened that Bush and Flem on this review page didnt seem to think they had any responsibility to the matter they mentioned. If they say they called then why not believe it since you waited for dear life, what were you doing? Why didnt you call? To Flem, did you set your clock back? and maybe you called too many times too early. I had one experience where my writing was mistaken for another number too but I inquired about my order and realized that the extra wait was all my fault. They immediately showed me where they called a couple of times. But in this world we are either here to build or destroy one another. This place is family oriented like none other Ive ever seen and provides personalized service. Go visit a couple of those others and you will see the difference. Everything is not ever going to be perfect but you will not ever forget that person who walks you out just after dark or who is patient with you two hours after they have closed. I am a very satisfied customer and glad I decided to comment. People are often wreaking havoc when it is bad. Time to show support when things are good.

I would give one star if I could. I cannot speak for very person working in this office. However, the bald middle aged african american man who did was completing my final pricing tried to charge me a $10.00 copay for the visit. My insurance covers eye exam and lenses 100%, $130 towards frames. Tell me how he trumped up a bill for $200.00!!!! oh, and this was not the starting price, he haggled down for me. When has anyone had to ever haggle at a doctor, its not a swap meet! Then he says the card machine is down makes a copy of my credit card after trying to convince me to get a more expensive pair of frames. After contacting my insurance, I was told I should have never gotten a price so high, and that he was trying to get money out of my pocket as well as charge the insurance. When I called and told them I would not be needing those glasses as it was highway robbery, the aforementioned bald man continues to uphold his previous lies stating my insurance did not cover what they just verified to me over the phone. So I would advise to pick another eye care provider so you are not completely ripped off and possibly have fraudulent charges to your credit card.

Ordered my glasses here Thursday, December 22nd and they said they would arrive 5-10 business days excluding the holidays since it was close to Christmas and New Year. I didnt receive them until today, January 24th when I still had to call up there and ask if theyve arrived, which they had, and no one called me. After getting my glasses, I could tell that the prescription was inaccurate. It didnt fit what my eyes need. Finally I just had to return them and get my insurance benefits reinstated so I could go elsewhere for glasses. The wait was soo long and one of the owners seemed upset with me that I was having these issues with the glasses and said after 30 mins of wearing them was not enough, and my word wasnt valid enough. Dont recommend them, never going again.

If I could give no stars I would! AWFUL!! I paid for glasses. I called multiple times and was told they were not in. Call the other day and was told they were there, the girl read me the correct phone number. Manager gets on the phone and tells me "oh we had the wrong number for you, your glasses are ready". Ignored the fact that she lied and said can I pick them up tomorrow (or Friday) was told yes our hours are 10-5. I double checked hours on recording Friday morning drove out there and to my surprise they are closed. It is almost 11am and no one is here. So over this. Do not do business with these people it has been 3 MONTHS AND I DONT HAVE MY GLASSES STILL!!!!

I have been a customer of this place for two years now and I just love how genuine, friendly, and family oriented the staff is. My children especially like how humorous and outgoing the male associate is that works there. The doctor there is very professional, thorough and she is also friendly. I always know what to expect from this business...nothing but total care and concern for their patients. I will continue to bring my family to Nanston Vision and support this business because it is rare to find a business that works so hard to make sure the customers are fully happy and satisfied! Overall the staff was helpful and polite. However the female Dr. Barrett (I believe that was her name) needs to greatly improve. She was more concerned about what I was doing on my phone then updating me and my child about the changes to her vision/prescription. The 4 wk turn around is also disturbing as my child is stuck with the old prescription that much longer. My insurance referred but seriously doubt I will use them for my childs future vision needs.

I came to Nanston after buying some frames online which crumbled and unhappy purchasing online. They, at Nanston, were very helpful and helped solve the situation and provided me with that nice selection of frames which I was very happy... Ever since then, they have been available even after hours whenever I had emergencies ....I appreciate that ....thats great great great service from them

Dr. Bynum has been doing the prescriptions and lenses for my family for a long time and weve always received wonderful care and service. The frames are great. Definitely recommend. Its a very friendly environment and we will continue to go there as we have been doing for years.

It took 3 months for me to get my contact lenses. The manager had the nerve to tell me that I was contacted after I advised that I was not. I will never do business here. If I could rate it with no stars I would but I have no words for this type of foolishness.

Extremely rude. I dealt with a young lady when trying to reschedule an appointment. When I asked questions she became rude as though I aggravated her and rushed me off the phone. Will reschedule somewhere else that has better customer service.

Love this place! Been going here since my move to georgia and my lenses are always spot on (until my eyesight gets worse) and the staff is super friendly and always works hard to get you the perfect pair of glasses for you.

Ive worn progressive lenses for the last 10 years and Nanston Vision was the first vision provider they gave me an a one plus I examination my progressive lenses are excellent Ill be back next year five star rating
