We will never go back to Dawson Vision again!! Even with insurance, we paid $329 for frames and lens. The glasses came in about 2 weeks and were scratched badly on the frame. They sent them back and the glasses came back still scratched and it looked like they simply tried to buff out the scratches. Then, could not see out of one eye with the glasses. We drove almost an hour one way 5 times to remedy the problem. We demanded a refund..they refused. I contacted our Prescription Insurance Company who had them agree to refund $79. I can understand things going wrong..but after all of this..the best policy was a full refund without out the hassles. Maintaining the highest level of ethical, moral and professional standards is the least they can offer. But they didnt.

Absolutely terrible service! My husband went for yearly eye exam and asked to NOT dilate his eyes as he had a 6 hour drive after appointment, he did it anyway! When he came for appointment was informed he had to pay a mandatory $85 charge for contact fitting/follow up! (he has worn contacts for years) He already knew he would never be back! Then, they said they would call when his contacts came in-NEVER called, I called a MONTH later and they said, well they came in and were wrong and we had to reorder! No phone call, nothing! It has taken a month and a half to get contacts- get them tomorrow, I have a feeling they will be wrong!! Would NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!! I give them 1 star, but they deserve NO STARS!

Wife and I have been customers for a few years. Lost my insurance, explained that to them. My eye exam, frames and lenses cost me over $700. To top things off, I had to go back 4x. Second visit to pick up my new glasses, they had the wrong lenses. Went there on the weekend and two incredibly incompetent folks tried very unsuccessfully to adjust my frames. Two visits later I was good to go. Should you really have to pay that much? Should you have to be put out to revisit the place 3x after youve had your first visit? I expressed my concerns to the staff - never heard a word from them. Never again. They lost a long time customer. Competition and customer care breeds quality, complacency breeds failure.

I am very impressed with the quality of eye care provided to me at Dawson Vision. Dr. Burke and Dr Thomason are exceptional eye doctors who are very interested in providing you with the best eye care possible. My visit required additional testing and I was impressed with the state of the art diagnostic equipment on site and a well trained staff. I found that the selection of frames was friendly to my pocket book. Dr. Burke referred me to Dr. Hayes at Wolfson for my lasik surgery and was impressed with the Drs at Wolfson as well. I highly recommend Dawson Vision for any of your eye care needs.

I will also NEVER go back or recommend this group to anyone! The girls in the front office were very unfriendly, not dressed professionally, and the bathroom was dirty. The Dr tried to make some strange analogy about being a libertarian and used this to explain to my 16 year old as to why she needed to throw her contacts out every month. When we checked out the girl stayed slumped way down in her seat as she checked us out. This was the most unprofessional Drs office I have ever been in!

Best eye care for your needs and money. Both of their doctors truly care about my vision needs and all of my kids vision nerds as well. My 4yr old step son has to wear glasses and the doctors are amazing with him! He has a lazy eye which requires regular follow ups. The doctors really care about the health of my familys eyes as well as the way we see. Theyre staff is great and really know their stuff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great eye dr.

Will NEVER return to this office again!!! HORRIBLE service!!! Gave me an appt, I arrived on time, waited 45mins in the waiting room and there was ONLY one other patient waiting mind you... when the optical asst. came to take me back to my room, she looked like she was 16yrs old, very rude and uneducated! She told me the doctor would be in a few mins. ANOTHER 45mins goes by, NO DOCTOR, so I just walked out!!!

I have been using Dawson Vision for several years. The office staff is very professional and the doctors are second to none. They really go out of their way to resolve insurance issues or explain things that the average patient may not understand. In the last year, I moved over 70 miles away. I STILL use Dawson Vision because of their exceptional service!
