Is there an option for negative stars because this place is well suited for that. I called at noon on a Friday to make an appointment for a Sunday afternoon. The representative over the phone had asked me what insurance I was with and I told them and they said that they would see me on Sunday, and did not tell me anything else other than that. I had previously been here a few times before making this appointment to get my eye checked out and I had picked up contacts from this office. I had bacterial conjunctivitis and a corneal abrasion in my right eye 3 weeks prior to my appointment.My eye still wasnt healed after 3 weeks of using cipro drops that my primary care physician had given me. I come to the appointment only for the extremely rude front desk personnel to tell me that "my benefit was being pulled somewhere else" and asking me if I had made an appointment somewhere else in front of an office full of people. Then she was asking me to speak to the person on the phone and telling me that she was "helping me"? I did not make an appointment anywhere else I didnt even call any other office. I was extremely upset at this point. I come back home after wasting my time getting to them from Atlanta and I call my insurance company to check on my account and to see what was going on. They told me everything was fine and the problem was that this office was not contracted with my insurance anymore. This place is extremely unprofessional to the point where they apparently arent even knowledgeable about their own office, and that they cant even tell you that they dont accept a certain type of insurance, and instead try to turn it around on the client and then have the nerve to ask me to pay a full $137 for an eye exam. As a college student working part time that is half of check. I refused to pay that fee and I refuse to ever step foot near this mediocre place. I cant believe people like this are hired in health profession fields. The doctor isnt really personable either. Take your money and valuable time somewhere else please.

I went for a check up in Sept, I needed computer glasses ( pretty sure I mention this. Since lenscrafters dont do rimless, I went to a 3rd party. So after few minutes of wearing something was wrong, I could see better w/o the glasses than with them. She prescribed me distance glasses, and because I didnt order the glasses with lenscrafters they couldnt correct them. So I used my insurance and pay extra for some lenses that I dont need. (3rd party didnt correct them because they used the prescription provided so not their fault). She did do an exam for computer glasses, and of course she made it that was my fault that she assumed I needed distance glasses, even thought I am pretty sure I mention that I use them for computer at work. So now she gave me preacription for computer glasses, (went to 3rd party because lenscrafters lenses are way too expensive for my budget w/o insurance). I am wearing them for few days now and after 10 min I have the impression I can see better w/o them. So really I wasted my insurance plus extra $250 for glasses that I cannot use. So if you wanna go there to be part of her learning process, please make sure you buy your lenses from lenscrafters because thats the only way you can get them done for free 2nd or 3rd time if needed... and hopefully after few tries she can get them right. But I am done with this place.

Everyone in the office is wonderful. Each person I came into contact with was very understanding and willing to listen. The team at the mall of GA location corrected my perscription from previous botched exam from another Dr. In Lawrenceville who I had been seeing for 3 years. April 2017 I went in for my exam, my prescription that had been the same for 6 years suddenly increased by nearly a full point. Every few weeks I would call and mention I was unable adjust to the new contacts and glasses and I thought something maybe wrong, The old office kept telling me i would get used to them. 3 months later of constant headaches and nausea, I couldnt take it anymore. I HAD to find a new Dr. I called around and the team at MoGa were able to get me in on a Saturday with less than 24 hrs notice. Dr. Kim determined that my prescription did not actually change and was the same as it has been for all of the previous exams. She put me back I to my preferred Biofinity contacts at the same power I have had for nearly 6 years and i was able to see!!! I came back a week later amd Dr. Yin for my follow up where she finalized my RX and got me set up with a back up trial pair. It is a bit of a drive for me but well worth it.

Went in to get my eyes checked after several years and could not be happier! Dr. Choi was wonderful and thorough! I came out with the best eye sight I have ever had! When I picked up my glasses I was handed an I-pad and told to read the lowest line, each got smaller as it went down. I read the last one! The associate could not even read the line and neither could my Wife. I was told I now have better than 20/20 eyesight! They took the same care with our Granddaughter so now my Wife has an appointment with Dr. Choi!

I called before coming to pick up contacts for someone and was told to bring my ID in order to do so, which seemed simple enough. When I arrived, there were young kids working there, cracking jokes and wasting my time when I asked where I should go to pick up the contacts. FINALLY, I was directed to the correct place and was able to leave. Absolutely unprofessional.

ZERO STARS...STAY AWAY!!!! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION IF YOU WANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HELP FROM INDIVIDUALS WHO KNOW THEIR JOB. DONT GO! YOU PAY FOR SERVICE AND WHEN YOU NEED SOMETHING THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU MORE. THEN WHEN YOU ASK FOR THE MAIN COMPANY NUMBER THEY DONT PROVIDE THE INFORMATION.

Dr Hang Yin is excellent. Knowledgeable, thorough, methodical, patient, precise. Detail-oriented; but still able to see the big picture. Excellent communication skills. Excellent "bedside manner" even though no hospitalization is involved for eye exam (smile).

Dr. Badarocco was very thorough in questioning vision concerns and responding to my questions. My experiences in this office with personnel and other optometrists are always positive and I always feel welcome.
