Multiple horrible experiences. Rookie 3 weeks to get my glasses instead of the 1 week they originally promised. Then when I had to reorder my lenses (because the anti-reflective glare was peeling off) they told me it would take 10 days for the lenses to arrive at the store and that they would call me when they came in. They did not call me and I had to call them, as usual. I was told 4 different times by 3 different people that the lenses would take an hour at most to put in my frames. I was even told by one woman that it would take less than an hour if I come in early. I arrived at the store at 1:00pm and was told it wouldnt take until at least 3:30 to finish putting my lenses in my glasses and to call back then to see if the technician had "gotten to them yet." So it is 2:47 now and I highly doubt my glasses will be done simply having lenses replaced by 3:30 but we will see. I will never return to VisionWorks.

Would not do this again ! Always short on stuff! The selection of frames is the worst I saw in 30+years. I wanted to pay more for the good frame - they just DONT HAVE ! Only cheap flimsy frames marked $60-$200. If you were frame-less glasses - do not even waste you time, they have a HUGE selection of exactly TWO FRAMES !!! After you done with the checkup they sit you and the start selling you their features and serviced. I got a feeling of a time-share vacation (if you know what I mean) . Bottom line - Im not cumming back !

I wasnt sure what to expect after looking at the reviews, but this is one of the only places close by that accept our insurance so we didnt have a choice. Im very glad we ended up here! Found an awesome pair of glasses and the customer service was great. Teri E helped us and she was very professional and friendly. Thanks Teri!

Kimberly and Michelle were amazing! They were well informed, very pleasant and looked up my insurance for me! They even picked frames I would have never thought of! The experience was far better than my expectations!
