Had my prescription transfered here from another pharmacy and it took them 2 days to get back to me about it being ready. When I went to pick it up they told me they didnt have it. There was a mixup and they needed to contact the other pharmacy again. They also told me it would only be a few minutes, I waited 15 and asked how much longer it would be, they told me I needed to be patient. They were very rude, I had called since I didnt have time to wait. I left and didnt receive the notification that it was ready for another hour and a half. They wouldve probably made me wait all that time and only keep tell me to be patient.

My mom came here because of a change in her insurance. It has been difficult because she has had Kaiser for the past 40+ years. It has been difficult to navigate through the different pharmacies. I called here and they went above and beyond assisting us! I was skeptical at first but everyone I have had contact with has been very accomodating.

Second time that I called in a prescription and confirmed over the phone, only to arrive at the store to pick-up and they not have it ready or out of stock. Why cant they pick-up a phone and call you back if they find there is a problem and not waste your time. No sorry, no nothing but blank stares... GREAT customer service! NOT!!!
