I made an appointment with them on a Monday at 3:00pm, and waited an additional 30 minutes, which I thought was kind of long. After getting called in, height and weight measured, I got seated in a room and was asked basic questions. 10 minutes later, the clinician finally came in, and began examining all the break outs over my body. After a quick assessment and round of questions, she prescribed antibiotics for me and talked about a followup visit. I had a lot of questions coming in, and felt that the clinician was rushed in ending the appointment. This is my first time visiting the doctors for eczema, so I didnt know proper skin care tips to reducing break outs. She answered a couple questions with quick answers, and told me that she would discuss eczema maintenance during the followup visit. I was so shocked; I never knew that a clinician would withhold information from me until another visit?! I understand that she may be busy, but suggesting SIMPLE information like lotion, soap, etc. would be easy. After she left, we walked up to the desk to schedule a followup appointment. Since Im very busy in December, I hesitated a bit, and asked if I could schedule later. The receptionist sarcastically responded, "Do whatever you want". I hate writing defamatory reviews, and the medication prescribed worked and my eczema has settled down. Maybe it was bad luck, a specific clinician, or just a certain day: I just think they need to improve on the patient-clinician interaction, which is why this branch deserves a 1.

My appointment was at 1:20. I traveled 30 minutes through traffic to get there. I signed in at 1:28, which I know is a few minutes late. I then sat down for another 10 minutes. While waiting, I could hear the receptionists talking about me but didnt quite make out what was said. They called me to the desk and a nurse came out and said in a very abrasive tone, "The doctor has a surgery at 2:00 and she will not see patients after 2:00. You know you are late right? So we cant see you today." I was very kind and apologetic and rescheduled. Later on I thought about it though...8 minutes to a doctors appointment isnt that late especially if they build in time for paperwork. Also, why would you schedule a surgery so closely after my appointment? Finally, why not call me along the way and tell me they cant fit me in so I dont have to drive all the way there? Very rude service, wont go back.

Wow, this office has gone way down hill. Do not visit here at all costs. Weve taken our children here for the past 5 years but will never again visit this office. Dr. Spitzler remains the one and only bright spot in a sea of providers and staff members that have all apparently decided to treat customers like they are not worthy of visiting the office. The poor level of customer service permeates the office from the first two people sitting at the front to the last lady that checks out clients. If you care about the quality of service you or your family members receive, under no circumstances should you consider Dermatology Associates of Georgia at Johns Creek. If someone in their organization would like all the terrible details over our last few visits please email me...you have my contact info. Thank you

After waiting 2 months for a consultation for my 5 year old, the morning of the appointment we were turned away. After a traffic incident occurred on our way to the officr, I contacted them and said we would be 12 minutes later than our appt time according to the GPS. They told us to reschedule. The arrogance of a practice to think theyd retain a patient after such poor customer service is beyond the pale. Do not bother with them. The staff seemed apologetic, but apparently doctors forget about the energy it takes to get a child ready for an appt. Not a family friendly practice.

Worst place ever!!!!! We had to wait for 45 minutes, even if I made an appointment. My son is 8 months old, has a rush around his eyes, they didnt care anyway!!!! After we went inside, the doctor comes, gives a look on the situation, and tells me she thinks is eczema. Gave me a few testers that she said they just got and believed they are the best, but couldnt say because she didnt gave them yet to another patient, and tells me to come back in a moth!!!!! He is 8 months old, she should check him more, as well as testers???? My son is not a lab rat!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!

Arrived 25 minutes early because it was my first appointment. Receptionist took my info and I sat down expecting to wait until my appointment. Nurse took me back 5 minutes later and gave me instructions. Had barely gotten ready before Dr. Cotes was already there. She was friendly, professional and answered ever question I had. She froze a few skin spots and quickly prepped me to remove a couple of skin tags. I was dressed, paid and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. Couldnt be happier.

These people dont even deserve a star. I have called and texted them several times to inform them that they were calling and texting the wrong person. Instead of fixing the problem they hung up on me. I can only imagine how they treat the people who come in for treatment. I advise people to run not walk away from this place. No wonder their ranking is so low. I question how real the people are who gave the high numbers.

I had very little wait time and Dr. Cotes was absolutely amazing. She really listened to my concern and extended herself above and beyond my expectations to help me with an alternative solution for the real reason I came to see her. The only recommendation I have is that the receptionists (both check in and the ladies that collect payment) smile more, which will make the office more warm and inviting.

The front desk lady was racist and very rude when she gets paid for doing her job and if she doesnt like she shouldnt be working. I also had a appointment at 2:30 and it has been 30 minutes and Im still here in the lobby. If they were short on staff they could have imformed but the didnt say anything at all. This is the worst dermatologist ever and yall need to work on your staff.

Paid $371.63 to remove a wart that returned. The Dr. did not have the gonads to tell my daughter that she did not have an acne problem that warranted a prescription. The nurse gave my daughter very complex verbal instructions regarding the acne medication. She denied my daughter her request for a pen and paper to take notes.

Was dissatisfied with the clinician. She did not seem very knowledgable. I have had continuing problems with Rosacea and she seemed annoyed at my questions. I felt very rushed during the visit and left with confusion about the protocol that she had prescribed.
