I made an appointment ,but when I arrived I had to wait close to 2 hours before I saw him. I understand your busy ,but please respect my time because I respected your by showing up earlier than the appointment time. The nurse that assist me was very nice and professional. Her name was Cindy. I only came back because of my experiences with her. I called back 3 weeks later for a follow-up and they were very quick to take my credit card information and charge my card ,but call me back and said they cant do it till next week. The girl on the phone (Alexson) didnt seem like she care to much for my time and kept putting me on hold. The last time I called the customer service staff was much more pleasant and more confidence in what their doing. Dont get rid of your staff that knows what their doing and hire people who doesnt represents your company properly.

I dont normally write reviews on places, but this place is a joke. If I could give a zero star review I would. I came as a new patient last week and waited for over an hour to before being taken back to a room. When I finally got to see the doctor he was very cold, didnt even introduce himself and barely looked at me. I dont know how he could even give a proper diagnosis of what I needed to do with as little interaction as he had with me. He stared at his computer screen while talking to me instead of talking to me directly which I thought was extremely rude. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. The staff is rude as well.

Absolutely the best dermatologist my husband and I have ever been to for all our skin care. Dr. Hafeez is such a caring doctor, and he listens. We will never go anywhere else. The nurses and staff are all friendly.
