Dr. Laing is a wonderful person and doctor. When I changed insurance and wound up with Dr. Laing I had a very positive experience - she listened to my concerns and took the time to explain things carefully, offer treatment options, and even checked in to make sure I had set up my follow-up appointments. She cares deeply about her patients and treated me with the utmost respect. I had previously been to another dermatologist who had brushed aside my questions and concerns and rushed through my appointment - Dr. Laing and her staff were helpful and patient and helped me to keep my skin healthy!

All the wonderful things I heard about Dr. Laing were thwarted I was refused care for a severe sunburn until two weeks out. "Go to urgent care or your primary care physician" was the answer. Thanks. It is a dermatological issue, so go to someone I do not know, do not trust, and about which the horror stories abound or to a family physician who will refer me to a dermatologist. Thanks alot.

Dr. Laing is a superb clinician and skillful treater with a terrific disposition and demeanor. I have known many excellent dermatologists (since retired) over many years but she is simply the best. Her support staff are well trained and know exactly what to do. Five Stars Plus!
