The staff that answers the phone does not communicate with other staff members within the office. This office is ALWAYS over booked & mis-informs patients. From the first visit I was told one thing by phone staff then another by the doctor. Second visit with Tracy was wonderful. Again front desk staff not so much. As I waited in line to check out, Amber was very rude & Disrespectful to her manager in front of patients waiting. Third visit- I was running late, I called the office and was told to be there by a certain time (in which I was) and I would be seen by the doctor. I get there (drove from Peachtree Corners) and am informed "they will have to reschedule me, the Dr is behind by an hour!" I do not recommend this dermatologist office. They are not accommodating!

Sorry...the two assistants I saw were great but not given "authorization" or whatever that means to do what dermatologists are supposed to do. There is poor communication of my case leading me into a pit of trouble. I need an open brain surgery but have a recurring infection near the sites I would be given the surgery, nonetheless. Surgeon says I need it identified first as they only check for bacteria prior to surgery. So I am literally dying and this place wont refer me out or do the biopsy unless the outbreak is full blown... My god. Please dont go here. This review will only change if I am given a serious apology. Jennifer White....and whoever that incredibly rude nurse was... That means you two.

Dr.Dolan was the most awful doctor that I have encountered. I have worked in the medical field for over 5 years and I must say she has one of the worst bedside manner that I have encountered. She rushed through our appointment on top of making me wait over 30 minutes for her to see me even though I was her first appointment of the day. I didnt think that she listened to my concerns and when I asked her the cause of my skin diagnosis she stated that the list is too long and didnt have time to talk about it. I would not recommend anyone to see her and I will surely never see her again!

I highly recommend Dr. Roffwarg at this practice. In general, its easy and quick to make/change appointments, and Ive never waited more than 10 minutes beyond my appointment time to be seen back to a room. Dr. Roffwarg definitely took the time to listen to my concerns and help form a good plan of treatment that fits with my skin care goals, and so far its been working. I appreciate the good attitude of all the front desk and nursing staff, and would happily use this practice again.

My husband had an odd mole on his back. He was seen the very next day. Dr. David Roffwarg was terrific. He said the mole was fine, and checked his upper body thoroughly for precancerous spots. He found 10 and froze them immediately. Yes it is called surgery because it is an invasive treatment. I have spent over 40 years in the medical field. I would recommend Dr. David to anyone! The front desk staff was so friendly. One of them even remembered me from 14 years ago.

Be careful when agreeing to treatments. Was billed $115.17 for a 30 second procedure that involved spraying from a can of liquid nitrogen to freeze a spot - was termed "cryosurgery". Absolutely NO SURGERY involved, nothing sent to pathology, just deep surgery to my pocketbook. I actually like the practice and personnel - just felt that the charge should have been explained. My primary Dr. probably would have done same for $000.00.

I have been going to this practice since early 2012. Emily a PA, was my provider for 3 or 4 visits.. She was attentive and pleasant. and very thorough with her exam. I had to see Dr Langer once when Emily was not available.. I liked her and because she is a doctor I stayed with her. She is very pleasant as is the entire staff. I would recommend this practice.

I made an appointment for removing skin conditions on my face, and I only waited 10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The doctor and nurse were both very gentle, kind and helpful. My only pain was from the sharp needle that pricked my skin in several places. The total time it took was 24 minutes. I had a great appointment.

Called twice to make an appointment. No one even speaks to you. They just put you hold. Someone finally answered after 10 min and i said I wanted to make an appointment, she didnt say a word and put me hold again. I just finally hung up. I guess I wont be going to this place.
