Horrible availability. They tell me they book out a month in advance. Please. Then you need to run your practice more efficiently. Also, they have online appt booking via their website. I selected "Botox Treatment". However, when I did so, they called to tell me they couldnt take my appt, and thats when I was told about appts 1 month out. Dont waste my time offering online booking if its not really available. And it was presented to me like it was the fault of the system that books those appts...DocZoc? Its not like that company MADE you put their link on your page. You willing put it on there, so either honor the requests when patients use it or take it off your site. This is the THIRD time Ive tried to schedule something with them....each time with snotty attitude like their some premier hot spot. Please. I will gladly drive a little farther to get what I need done. I called another business and got an appt 2 weeks out. Thats reasonable. Dr Barkeley, you just lost a knowledgeable, easy-going, consist (frequent) patient (aka...source of income) that doesnt require having to deal with an insurance company!

My husband has been a satisfied patient of Dr. Barkey for years. I called today to make an appointment for myself. I dont know that Ive ever been treated so rudely...by someone who schedules appointments for a living. Lets start with the tone and attitude were appalling. I will travel two counties for a new doctor before dealing with an admin like that. What a disgrace to the practice.
