I made an appointment ,but when I arrived I had to wait close to 2 hours before I saw him. I understand your busy ,but please respect my time because I respected your by showing up earlier than the appointment time. The nurse that assist me was very nice and professional. Her name was Cindy. I only came back because of my experiences with her. I called back 3 weeks later for a follow-up and they were very quick to take my credit card information and charge my card ,but call me back and said they cant do it till next week. The girl on the phone (Alexson) didnt seem like she care to much for my time and kept putting me on hold. The last time I called the customer service staff was much more pleasant and more confidence in what their doing. Dont get rid of your staff that knows what their doing and hire people who doesnt represents your company properly.

My first appointment, I did sit in the waiting room for quite a while before I was seen. It was on a Tuesday. Someone in the waiting room said it was because the drug reps were there. Once I got back to the room, the nurse was very nice and the doctor did a very thorough examination and did a good job of explaining what he saw and of listening to me. When I went back for my procedure, I wasnt in the waiting room quite as long. And he did an excellent job with the procedure and was very kind. I would definitely go back to him again, but I do agree that it was a long wait in the waiting room. But at the same time, he does take time with his patients and that is a good thing. Most doctors just rush in and only see you for a couple of minutes and run out again. At least this doctor takes time to listen to you.

told to arrive 1 hour prior to my appointment time, to fill out paper work, which i did. 1 hour past my appointment time i was told it would be another 20 minutes or more. i informed them i am sure i can find a Dr that will treat my time as just as valuable as his.. i would not recommend this Dr unless you enjoy waiting rooms.

Am currently sitting in the waiting room @ 9:05, despite my appointment being for 8:40. I respect the Dr.s time, so I arrived early. If I choose to accept this example of lack of respect for my time, it surely will be my last. Others in the room are suffering my same fate now.
