I chose this location based on the reviews and because it was convenient but should of listened to the one star review. I recently went to this location and felt uncomfortable and out of place. The front desk representative was not welcoming and look at me as if I did not belong. She spelled my name wrong and when I advised this, she did not even correct it for the nurse who called me in. When I finally was seen Ms. Katherine or Kathleen look at my face for 2mins explained she could not tell me what was wrong and prescribed me a cream and pills. Well the cream made my face even worst and instead of breaking around the eye area my skin burns and its all over my face. I explained to the representative I wanted to be tested for allergies but was never tested. I ask the doctor about my acne as well and she advised "she wanted to focus on my eyes" well now I need to focus on my entire face. When I left her office I stood in front of the same representative who did not smile or even look at me, she blurted out August 17. I look at her and ask if she was speaking to me and what is august 17? She advised the next date for me to come back. I explained I do not know my schedule could I please call back to advise which she said yes and walk off. I never felt more disrespected in my life. At that point I felt I experienced racism. I stood there thinking she would come back and she never did. She did not tell me if I was done or if I needed to pay a copayment. I stood there embarrassed and degraded. I ask the other representative am I done which she smiled and said yes (thank you for being polite). When I got in my car I was so disappointed and hurt. I started using the cream for a week and my face got worst. I just called today 8/10 upset and spoke to a representative advising I would like to see another doctor and get tested for allergies. I explained my frustrations with being seen for 2mins and my face being worst which she was disinterested and advised the only person available was Ms. Katherine again. I said okay Ill take it (I really need to figure out whats wrong with my face and wanted to give it another shot) wrong. Once I said Ill take it the representative seem surprised and said okay your appointment is 1:20pm and disconnected. I wont go back. I rather take my business somewhere else where Im actually respected and feel like an equal.

I have been going here for years. I am especially partial to Dr Fountain as thats who Ive seen since the beginning. I have seen others in the office as well, and have had both my boys in at other times. EVERYONE is very pleasant and comforting. Dr Fountain has been so diligent with checking my skin as I have had 2 precancerous spots removed from my back. I do not like needles (who does??), the nurses are always sweet and comforting! I love you guys!!! P.S., I am a nurse, so I know who to go to, and who not..., if I am recommending this office, that should encourage you to go here. Take care of your skin!

I was referred to this clinic by the VA to have a skin cancer removed from under my eye. The process of scheduling the appointment was very easy and i received my appointment quickly. I had a MOHs procedure done by Dr. Hodson on 01/13/2017 and cannot say enough great things. I received great service from the time I entered until leaving. I feel like the doctor took his time and great care during my process always ensuring i was comfortable. Everything looks great and is healing nicely. I will cintunue to use this facility as my primary dermatologist and really want to say thank you to Dr. Hodson.

Like Alex, I was taken back by Officers OAHC bad review. I have visited this office many times and have always been treated with respect. My recent visit was with a Physician’s Assistant, she was great. She correctly diagnosed my problem , performed a procedure and I was on my way. This is a good practice.

My daughter is a patient at this location. The staff was very friendly. She was able to be seen in a timely manner. My daughter was very pleased with the care she was provided. I would recommend Mrs Katharine Simmon P.A.-C and the staff of Georgia Dermatology for all your skin needs.

The Conyers office has been a God-send! The office staff and nurses are always helpful and polite to me and my family. The doctors and PA have helped myself and my dad with numerous skin issues. They are the best dermatology office around! I recommend them to all my friends.
