They were lucky to even get any star at all ... Beware of over charge!!!!! I went in to have a wart remove, the first appoint they exam and cut my wart to sent for lab test. After they Freeze my wart with some nitrogen. My CO-Paid is $40.00. After a couple week i got the bill from them for over $160.00. After I called and they said it the cost for the Lab test which i have to paid out of my own pocket. The Wart spread and I have to com back again. They treated the wart with Nitrogen again, take about 30 sec. I walk out the door paid another $40 CO - Paid and was never told the nitrogen treatment will be a charge!!! A week ago I got the statement from my insurance stated they i have a surgery was done and the charge was $180.00 beside the $40 doctor visit. After my insurance adjust price it come down to $112.14 that I have to paid out of pocket again ??? $40 CO-PAID and another $112.00 for just remove a wart that they fail to removed last time? I dont think its fair for not telling people up front and sneak the charge through the insurance and hope they get something extra for it ...

I give no stars, but that isnt an option. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a "medical professionals" office. Firstly, I waited almost 40 minutes past my appointment time to have my name called, then, once they took me into a room, I waited 10 minutes more for the doctor, who, when she finally came in, didnt know what I was in there for (the nurse had apparently given her incorrect information), and then proceeded to look at my face for 30 seconds, and give me a diagnosis of Chloasma, telling me its no big deal and they can sell me a cream, to use sunscreen (duh), and that I can get a chemical peel if it really bothers me. The cream was $40, and Im unsure about the sunscreen, because I had to go wait to pay, which took another 10 minutes and I refused to purchase anything from them. Next time Ill just go get a facial instead of attempting to visit this "doctor."

My husband and I have lived in Georgia for just a few years and had not established with a dermatologist here. After research online for a boarded dermatologist near us we were pleased to select Dr. Weiss. We went to the office to make our appointments as phone wait time to do so was long. At that time we were given our paperwork to complete and bring to our appointments. I found the personnel to be polite, courteous and professional, as was Dr. Weiss when we arrived for our appointments. He answered all of my questions, and I did not feel rushed at all, as is often the case with busy specialists. I found him to be very pleasant and professional at the same time, and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a boarded dermatologist.

Be prepared to call several times and leave voice messages in order to get your results. I recieved a pathological diagnosis by the nurse/PA vs one given by the dermatologist. I recieved a VERY vague response on how to treat it. Here it goes, are you ready? Drum roll please: ..."Its treated with creams."... Can yall hear the crickets? Considering I delivered my hard earned dollars, is it too much to ask for something a little more specific? I asked what can cause it and I was told "It just happens, its something that your body just does." I need more specific information vs generic vague responses that tell me nothing. I wont be returning here.

I work in a doctors office and our patients mean everything to us. I truly do not believe patients mean anything to Gwinnett Dermatology. My initial and follow up appointments were rushed and impersonal. I made the mistake at the follow up appointment of asking about something I felt was missed at my last appointment and was charged an office visit for a 20-second conversation. I had referred a co-worker who was equally disappointed with the practice and will not return. I understand this practice has been around for years, but if they were patient focused in the past, they have lost their focus. I will NOT go back.

I was given a serious diagnosis over the phone by a medical assistant which I thought was unprofessional. I asked for the doctor to call back, and a medical assistant called & left a message. When I went in to get further detail, the explanation by the doctor was scant, and he gave a recommendation for another specialist. No topical scripts or skin care were offered. They dont answer the phones every time you call. You cant speak to anyone right away. I am having further problems, left a message, & no one called me back. I am looking for other dermatologists.

I was very disappointed by my vist to this office. I had two other people to tell me that their experience was bad and how they where rushed through the vist. But the office is near to me and i went any way. I wished i would have listened to my friends and family members. They overbook too many people and you are treated as a number not a person. I will never go back!!

I have been seen by this office and Dr. Weiss, in particular, 10+ years. He and his staff are experts in Dermatological care. I drive a considerable distance to the office and never experienced anything less than courteous and professional service. I have referred many patients that feel the same way. If your concern, like mine, is skin cancer, I would only see the best.

Sarah called me today AFTER CLOSING TIME (after I missed one call earlier in the day) to make sure my prescription was going to get expedited to the correct requested pharmacy so I wouldnt have a delay in my program. Super appreciated! She was extremely nice and committed to customer assistance "right before she headed home". Thanks Sarah!

From start to finish, this practice is amazing. I checked in at 9:45 as a new patient, called before 10 and was finished by 10:15. Devon was awesome, she listened to my concerns and addressed them. Dr. Weiss came in and introduced himself. Staff was polite and efficient. Highly recommend this practice.

Wait time is excessive. I work in healthcare so I understand things happen...but a wait like this means to me that they overbook to make the most $$$ as opposed to taking time for better patient care. Also waited two days for a call back on a question and then the voice mail left was very vague. Pitiful.

I had a great experience. The wait time was short for me and Dr. Brown. She resolved my issue immediately with little debate over what the problem was. It Worked!!!! She also got rid of an ugly growth on my face. Great job and keep up the good work.

Dr. Weiss was on time for my appointment and the staff was excellent. I was impressed. The doctor explained everything and answered all my questions. I had a few skin cancer spots that he used liquid nitrogen on.
