Wednesday first appointment-Front desk didnt have my information that was faxed into office as a new patient. Luckily I brought copies. However they failed to put my pharmacy in their computer system or email address or prescribing doctor. After seeing PA I was told my prescriptions would be called into pharmacy. I asked if they would label prescriptions, meaning two creams and where the 2 different creams should be applied. 7pm the following day I go to pick up meds and pharmacists says nothing here. So third day when derm office opens I call and they said, oh your meds were never called in and what is your pharmacy location. So Friday I finally pick up meds and of course assuming they are labeled I go to apply creams. Label says apply to affected areas. I will not go back for a follow up and pay another 60 dollars for nothing. I will ask my friends where they go. This place only cares for office visit $ and insurance. I have had better doctors then this.

Dermatology Specialists of Brighton and especially the PA there, Jen, got me in the same day I called, they saw me quickly and dealt with all of my one million questions! Im feeling much better now and would go back to them again and again!
