DO NOT ENTER!!! This place is a joke.. I seriously regret not transferring to a different clinic when I had the chance. Doctor Goma made my first pregnancy experience the absolute WORST. She was rude/forgetful and a major waste of time because after the 1hour 30min-2 hour wait time she would only see me for a few minutes to tell me this exact quote... "Okay everything looks okay. See you next time!" Never took her time to ask any further questions or nothing. During her long, pointless visits I should have been at work, and lost money for NOTHING. Shes defenitly the type of Doctor that just does the very minimum to make her job easy. I can write long detailed paragraphs about the terrible experiences me and my husband had but I just hope this gets my point across. Nobody deserves this type of service, dig deep and find the service you and your family deserve. Dont settle for mediocre service.

Every time I go I wait at least an hour in the waiting room. And then another 20 minutes just to wait in the room to see the doctor for 3 minutes. Most of the staff are rude and today I tried calling the pediatrics because I had a question about my sick 16 month old daughter but no one answered. They open at 9 and I called them at 9:10. I called twice by the way. I love doctor frankel but I cant deal with the staff any more. Theyre unprofessional and rude.

Wonderful attention by Dr. Heart was it? bad patience, some interns spoke a little too fast on caffeine, and the Doctor has some complex hearing issue(s) that I had to work with. Shell say she will take a Urine sample and sends me out to the waiting room forgetting everything else. Will not recommend anyone here, they have a captivating waiting room but what I saw from Dr. Heart haha nope.

Made an appointment for 6 month shots for a new born. Got there and was told by the receptionist, it takes 4 weeks to order the shots and that all pediatricians are doing this. We made the appointment 2 months ago, wtf were you doing during that time. What a joke, thanks Obama. PS This place sucks.

We LOVE LOVE Dr. Frankel. I spent countless $$ on insurance with high ranked pediatrics in Bartlett who rushed me out constantly...not good DRs....but Dr. Frankel is just amazing!!!!!

Dr. Gomma rushes and only sees you for like 5 mins then you are on your way. She dosent let you talk. I like Dr. Sayre, she takes her time, but shes barely there. Sad.
