Do not go here and tell everyone the same thing. My kids have been patience of Dr. Stampley every since they were born which was 8 & 5 years ago. Now she has a new biller and have new proceedures. She has made I dont know how much money she has made for my insuranse companys over the years but since I was in the middle of jobs and wasnt able to pay for my kids check up right then. All of a sudden I get a letter in the mail about the doctor not willing to see my kids. Its real hard to get kids comfortable with a doctor and now I have to look for a new one. SO UNLESS YOU CAN SEE THE FUTURE AND KNOW THAT YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE INSURANCE OR MONEY TO PAY RIGHT THEN. IF NOT MAKE SURE YOU CAN FIND A DOCTOR THAT IS WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. I WENT IN AND PAID THE BILL AND THE BILLER SAID IT DIDNT MATTER. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Staff is rude and right before school she decided to retire and not call or send a letter saying we will no longer be open! Or dont come to your next scheduled appointment.
