The day I was released from the hospital, I was sent with prescriptions. In trying to have those filled, the office refused to answer the pharmacys calls (calls started about 1:00). Finally after a few hours of waiting, I called. They VERY RUDELY told me "well, youll have to wait, the doctor doesnt get to this until at least 6:00" Im sick, waiting in a pharmacy, and my husband is supposed to now juggle until the doctor gets around to - maybe - calling in the evening... Incidentally, they never did take care of the prescription - finally my hemotologist called it in for me. The next day they lectured me because "there was no name or other necessary details on the presciption" (Last time I checked, that was the doctors job - pharmacist reinforced that further telling me I could go to jail for writing on a presciption!) TODAY, a week after this, I called to rescedule my follow up - my teenage daughter has runaway from her respite care - the receptionist preceded to lecture me on the reschedule. MY FOSTER CHILD HAS BEEN MISSING FOR 5 DAYS... A CHILD...MISSING... I think I should keep my appointment and miss a call that might come in... Wow.... I am speechless. Needless to say I will die before I visit this office ever again.

I have never experienced such incompetence with his office staff. Especially Chris the so-called office manager. 3 times I had to call to request that my "order" be submitted to get a test done. 3 times Chris gave me a different excuse as to why isnt wasnt handled. Im still waiting. Her response the one time I called was "well if youre in that much pain go to the ER". Exetremely unprofessional in my eyes. But I guess thats what to expect from an individual such as her. Blanca refused to take a message for Dr. Masood. Said "we dont take messages until he returns". Thats almost comical. Dr. Masoods "nurse practitioner" is under the impression blood clots are strictly hereditary!!!

I called several ocassions through out the day on 2/17/16 to try and make an appointment as a new patient. Not only did I call but also my sister in law and my husband. Left a few voice-mail messages behind and got no response. I was on hold everytime for at least 10 minutes before anyone got to the phone. They only answered 2 times. The first time, after being on hold for 13 minutes, they said "please hold" waited about 5 more minutes on the line, no one answered so i hung up. Second time someone answeres, they hung up right away. Needless to say, Ill be looking for another doctor.
