I made my appointment in October. Today is January 25th, this is the soonest they could get me in. I delayed getting medical treatment for three months to see this doctor. When I walked in, the receptionist asked for my ID and insurance cards. Before Id even removed my coat she said she was SO sorry, but "...doctor doesnt accept Medicare patients." She didnt know who made the appointment but they should have asked about it. Really? The woman who made the appointment asked about my insurance before she even asked my name. Surely, at some point in the last three months, someone could have picked up the phone and called to let me know the doctor refuses to see people who are on Medicare. This unpleasant experience left no doubt in my mind what kind of medicine this doctor practices and I dont mean endocrinology. If youre on Medicare, and need an endocrinologist, dont waste your time trying to see this one.

Dr Freeman is excellent and I couldnt ask for a better doctor. My previous endocrinologist missed some important issues and refused to do any further tests even though I insisted there was an issue. Dr. Freeman was thorough and found the problem after many years of other doctors failing to do so. Appointments are long but that is because she spends time with her patients instead of treating them like a number.

I love my Dr. But the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered..... It take approx.. 10-15 minutes on hold to make an appointment and usually 30-50 minutes if you have a question about your bill. Then still get no where.!!!! I think its time to find a place that cares as much about my time waisted as they do their money now after getting nowhere they sent me to collection....

Used to be a great doctor, but hasnt kept up with the times. Books 15 minute appointments and takes over an hour. Ive waited more than 3 hours between the waiting room and exam room, and yet she fines you if you have to miss an appointment. Very caring physician, but if you can never get in to see her, it is really irrelevant.

The doctor is wonderful and so is the staff...however everytime I go into the office my minimum wait is 2 hours! Its very frustrating...plus the hours are inconvienent as well. I strongly recommend scheduling your appointments in advance and be prepared to wait a very long time.

Dr Freeman takes her time with all of her patients. This may increase the office wait times, but it also greatly improves the level of care. Dr Freeman is a true expert in her field, and her compassionate care is worth the wait.
