This is a lengthy review, I will remit my review once I am apologized to. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and have been seeing a pain management clinic for the last year. My deductible reset, so I decided to go back to Eugert Nagaj. I had actually cancelled my usual pain therapy appointment to see him. I really needed to get my medicine refilled.. My back is constantly hurting (I was told I have fibro, but I am not so sure, the pain spreads around my ribs at times) This has been going on for 2 years. I have had several surgeries, mri, cat scans. But nothing is ever really found. Anyway, The receptionist said I have a balance due for ALL of the previous sessions, they did not tell me this before scheduling the appointment. And said it was "my responsibility" They said my insurance didnt pay. I had gone through this with them about a year before that some info they provided did not match what was on file with the insurance, and they needed to resubmit it with the correct info. I had not gotten a call back over the year about any balances, so I assumed it was paid. Shortly after, Dr. Nagaj came in the reception area and said "I will not see you until I get paid." I assured him he would be paid, and that there was an error in the filing. I explained my situation, and told him I really needed to see him.. that I was going to use him as my regular pain therapy doctor instead. I had trigger point injections pre approved even. I informed him I had already cancelled with the other facility, they take weeks to set up another appointment. I was on my last day of pain medicine. After telling me I had to pay it all, he stated "he has a little back pain too" and told me to get off the norco. I was very hurt, especially with all of the surgeries, pain Ive been going through I felt all he cared about was money and not my health, and it was the only reason he said these things to me. He played down my problem because he hadnt been paid yet, because of their error. I tried to explain to them that they needed to resubmit the paperwork with the correct information, that the insurance would pay (This happened with another provider I had, they were paid) but he would not listen. It was literally 5 on 1, all of the receptionists were there, everyone.. the entire waiting room eyes on me. The receptionist were VERY unfriendly to me, and in general always are. A guy that worked there then came in the room, and yelled "HEY!" like he wanted me to get out. I basically ignored him and kept pleading with the doctor, who would not budge. I offered to pay a portion of the balance until it gets resolved with the insurance, he would not accept. I made the point, why would I schedule if I knew such a large balance was due. He would still not accept and said he needs the money. The funny thing is, he was going to get paid now that the issue had come to light. It was their lack of communication that caused this. After a few more insults from him, like "get off the drugs." Anger finally hit me. I am in no way a "drug addict" but a genuine person in pain. I told him I am going to post reviews on google. I think it is horrible the way he embarrassed me in front of the entire waiting room. He kept talking about money, it ended up being their filing error and I was completely right. I called the insurance after leaving and did a 3 way call with the doctors office. The insurance lady really told the receptionist off! It ends up the TAX ID they were using to bill did not match what my insurance had on file. The receptionist at the doctors office was basically stuttering. The insurance said "we cannot determine what the patient owes if the paperwork is not filed right" There is some shady stuff going on there, be careful. I will remove this review once I am apologized to, I am very hurt and feel all this doctor only cares about money and not your health. I am not a very confrontational person, and I will remember this for the rest of my life.

I have been going to this medical office for several years, Doctor Sher and Doctor Nagaj are very knowledgeable and have helped my wife and me numerous times, whether it was just with a common cold or various other medical issues. The office staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable, they helps out with any questions one might have, they make you feel as if your at home. Overall highly recommend visiting this office for all your medical needs.

Dr. Nagaj is OUR family physician who always listens, spends time, and explains. We feel comfortable under his medical care and trust his advice. He is surrounded by compassionate team of knowledgeable professionals who provide excellent care. Being sick is never fun, but visiting Dr. Nagajs office is like coming to island of trust and positivity, knowing he will do his best to make us feel better.
