This is hands down without a doubt the worst dr. I have ever encountered !!! She sets appts for say 1030 am and doesnt wven show up to work until 11 -1130. Then its another 1 to 2 hr wait. The dr. And her staff is incompetent. I was first to sign in and dr. Pai insisted on seeing other patients b4 me. Made me wait for 2 hrs b4 she seen me and i was first as i said. This dr. Cares zero about any of her patients !!! Very very rude comments from this dr. I mentioned i been waiting 2 hrs and was first and you seen other patients b4 me and her reply was find another dr. Long story short because i can go on and on with complaints on dr. Pai. Shes incompetent and very unprofessional. Sets appts and doesnt even show up for work till an hour later. Books way to many patients in a day. Cares none about her patients at all. Cant even remember her patients. My next move is to file a complaint on her being employed thru silvercross hospital. A top 100 hospital and she makes this hospital and the staff look very unprofessional. Her nurses couldnt even pull a blood test and sent me to a professional. Worst dr. Ever and makes silvercross have a bad name !!! Next Ill be filing a lawsuit on her for the back pains ive experienced just waiting on her in a very uncomfortable chair. Arrived feeling ok and left feeling crippled from sitting so long. Then when i confronted her on her unprofessionalism she got very rude and defensive and told me find a new dr. If some1 can sue mcdonalds for hot coffee. Ill be suing her for my back problems after her 2 hr wait in a hard chair. Total incompetent dr. And staff. Screws up perscriptions. Doesnt care or remember her patients. Ill be filing a complaint to silvercross as she makes the hospital look bad and shouldnt even be a dr anymore. Worst dr. Ever !!!!

One of the worst doctors Ive ever had. During my last visit she had myself and other patients wait for hours. When she finally saw me for my hip pain she never examined my leg and hip to see what the problem could be. No instead what she did was, walked in the room only asking if my legs went numb then prescribed me medication that I didnt need nor that my insurance covered then left the room without ever telling me if she was done or not all in a matter of five minutes. I will never return to scumbag of a doctor for anything else ever again!

The waits are long 30 -60 min . She schedules too many appointments at once and doesnt have time to discuss with patients about issues theyre having. The actual visits are about 2-5 minutes long. She is also very under staffed, which most likely results in the long wait times. She has also made countless mistakes on prescriptions and referrals. My son has had the misfortune of having to deal with her mistakes for a recent MRI as well as medication he didnt need.We ended up having a bill for almost $800.

I normally dont write reviews but her service is so terrible I had to. Makes you wait excessive amount of time !!! Schedules early appointments and doesnt arrive till about an hour later. Her referrals are Bullsh**, she is just a bad doctor that seems to care nothing about her patients.

Dr. Pai is one of those truly caring Doctors that you could go to see as a child and then have her care for your child. Amazing knowledgable and without hesitation, honestly states where her knowledge is limited and directs you to other resources.

Had an appointment at 1pm, show up and they tell me they tried to call and ask if I can come in later. No missed calls and verified in my call log. I live 30 minutes away! Total bullshit to cancel on a patient last minute.

Dr. Pai Took great care of me in the hospital!!! I didnt have a general dr when I was admitted to the hospital they assigned Dr.Pai to me. I couldnt be happier!!!
