Dr Gutta has been a wonderful pain management doctor. Had a few hiccups with office personnel in the beginning but he is ABSOLUTELY worth it. I drive an hour to see him. Sometimes the wait is long but most of the time they are very prompt and courteous. I have suffered from a back deformity for 12yrs and recently had T5-T12 fused. Dr. Gutta is the FIRST pain management doctor that Actually listens, and validates my pain is real and serious. He doesnt treat me like a junkie like all the other doctors Ive seen. Also he will answer EVERY question you have and NEVER make you feel rushed. I think some of the previous reviews were incorrectly judged because Dr Gutta is very direct and will tell it to you straight. Some people mistake being direct as rudeness or demeaning but I greatly appreciate his honest and fair opinion. I will continue to see Dr Gutta for the rest of my life because he treats me like a human being and doesnt make you feel guilty for needed pain medication.

Please stop and read this before even thinking about going to this so called Dr !! He is the most arrogant judgemental condescending I could go on and on but if you really need help do not go to him. He will make you feel like the scum of the earth read you the riot act that he has rights?? Doesnt care about the patients who go to him for help that is life saving to there treatment he only cares about who has the best insurance..If your public aid he makes up every excuse he wont take you as a patient "no money in that" but if you have good insurance he will string you along for years believe me on know this first hand to get your money. This is my far the worst Dr I have ever encounter in all my life. If i only would of read more reviews I never would of consider this person.

I have had only one visit so far but I will say this, Ive been searching to find out exactly what is wrong with me for ten years Drs do not x-ray or do anything just throw meds at you yes I am in pain but damn tell me why besides what I know. My 1st visit was great! He asked me 100 of questions tested me for pain areas and ordered a ton of test to be done. For once in ten years I feel like someone hears me! They are not shoving me out the door. Im so happy a friend recommended him to me! So grateful! Im finally going to get answers! I highly recommend him from one visit. I know hes good when he takes that much time to make sure the pain is real!

Dr. Gutta is kind, caring, considerate, and understands what pain is. I also had the worst time sleeping and no one ever prescribed the right medicine for me. Now I can sleep so much better., I do wake from chronic pain but not half as much. I highly recommend Dr. Gutta. He also does not make you feel like youre lying about your pain. The negative reviews a couple people gave are because they cant handle the truth. He is very direct and to the point. He is so smart and understanding. Again, I highly recommend Dr. Gutta. Thank you, I hope this helps anyone who has chronic pain.
