My family and I had Dr. Marwaha for many years. It seems like most of the negative criticism is directed towards the staff, and not Dr. Marwaha directly. Some of those complaints against some staff members may be justified, while others not. Every business or company will get a few bad reviews, even the most respected or popular brands do as well. Some people may have a bad experience due to a mistake or accident, but this is not reflective of the overall reputation and does not determine your personal experience. The truth is, we are there to see the Physician, the staff can come and go as with any occupation. From my experience, Dr. Marwaha is a nice and patient Doctor. He is experienced and will answer your questions or concerns. If you want a good doctor, Dr. Marwaha is an excellent choice. If im sick, I dont care about the staff, I just care about seeing a smart doctor.

I switched Doctors to try to find someone that cares about you and your health and therere so many Drs out there and I live 45 mins from his Naperville office and my old Dr was 4 mins away and after meeting Dr Marwaha for the 1st time and talking to him it felt like Ive known him my whole life! He is a great guy that is down to earth. I have been with him for almost 2 years and dont ever plan on leaving him. He will actually sit down and talk to you and he remembers exactly were we left off the last time I was in asking how my family and business is. Every time after I leave there I feel like I learned something better about myself. He is a very positive person to be around. His wife runs the office and the staff is great they all seem like one big happy family! If you are looking for a new Dr I would recommend him to all my family and friends!

If you can void it please do not go to him! His staff is very rude never returns calls dont report back lab results also ignores referral requests. At first time the Dr wrote wrong referral for the wrong Dr. Also to a Dr who didnt accept the insurance. After I found a new Dr. That accepted the insurance it took me 8calls in three weeks asking for a new referral. Everytime the person said they didnt receive the message or never heard of the request. Everyone was like not sure who you spoke with finally the girl gave me a name and when I called her back she denied ever speaking to me. A month later still no referral my mothers condition worsen and im going to a different Dr.

BriMaxSmallEngine Repair

Long wait 2-1/2 hrs.. Profiler.. Instead of giving me the medicine Ive been on, as well as the same count, he pushed another brand only medicine and tried saying this amount will equal the same amount Im use to getting. Advertises as a suboxone doctor and is not.. Will push the medicine that the pharmaceutical company he is endorsing which ended up costing me $451.00 out of pocket!! Also tried telling me what MY insurance would cover and wouldnt (even though the medicine I was taking has been covered month after month)... I would NOT recommend this doctor unless u have a " boo boo" on your knee, pretty much... 1 star (only because I had to...

My sister has been seeing him for 30 yrs. He genuinely cares and knows stuff the Specialists neglect. Has good connections though for referrals. My sister should have died 4 x. Shes doing very well now. She is a very difficult case w multiple diagnoses. Dr m is extremely busy and talented so dont waste his time w paperwork you can prepare yourself. The fact that you might have to wait should clue you that his services are valued by a lot of patients.

I have been to this doc for more than 2 years now. Finally changing him. Too long waiting time. Sometimes an hour and a half before he sees us for 2 minutes. Anybody would get more sick by sitting outside .Also, the diagnostics are not correct. I would advise people to look for better doc than waste time here.

Booked an appt as a new patient. Arrived on time with a terrible cold and was thoroughly insulted by nurse in reception area that asked if I was there for treatment for a controlled substance. When i looked shocked she got at attitude. Did not even move forward with the visit. Would never return.

SUCKS!! THE WAIT TIME AT THIS PLACE IS INHUMANE. They overbook themselves without the capacity to handle the volume of patients. The service is terrible. Please dont waste your time. The average wait time is 2.5 - 3 hours. You could save some time by going to a serious doctor.

Dr. Marwaha is the best Internist I have ever met. He is the only Dr. I trust. He has earned my trust in the beautiful care he took of my mother, the care he has taken of my daughters and myself and my husband. Always reliable, and always on point. I dread the day he retires

I saw the Dr. New Years Eve for the first time. I was grateful he was open when so many offices were not. It was my first in his office. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen. Once I was seen a assistant took all the normal vitals then two Doctors took care of me.
