“My first appointment with Dr. Ritesh Patel was yesterday and already I’ve recommended him to five friends. I moved toChicago three weeks ago and suddenly came down with a medical issue. I was distraught. I don’t know many people in the city to ask for doctor recommendations so I “Googled” urgent care practices in the city. Immediately I phoned My Suburban Medical Group and spoke with Gina. She was kind, considerate and automatically made me feel better. I walked in yesterday, without an appointment, after my medical issue continued to get worse and was treated as if I’d been a patient of Dr. Ritesh Patel for years. Dr. Patel was amazing. The office charges by the hour and Dr. Patel easily could have extended my exam to the full hour (or more) but instead my appointment lasted 30 minutes. In 30 minutes I had a full exam, blood drawn for lab work and Dr. Patel explained every thought he had concerning my issue. I will absolutely go back to Suburban Medical center. My entire experience from my first phone call to the moment I walked out the door was beyond positive. I am grateful to have found Dr. Patel and associates”

Dr. Patel has been a super quirky, funny godsend! For years Ive been dealing with mysterious symptoms with no answers. Doctors usually act annoyed, treat me like a hypochondriac, tell me Im fine, or have focused on one symptom instead of the bigger problem. I got used to downplaying my symptoms. I came in expecting to just check "annual physical" off my list and casually bring up a couple of the problems Id been having as "no big deal" just to see if he had any ideas and then expected to be rushed out the door like many past experiences. Nope! Dr. Patel took his time, heard me out, got me tests, tested theories and was actually committed to doing a comprehensive investigation to find out what was wrong. Great doctor and very passionate.

Not impressed. I had a question about a bill I received. I had to call and leave 3 voicemails and no one ever called me back. Finally, just went to the office and they acted like I never called. Then they told me they sent a referral request to my insurance company on Friday, I called my insurance company on Wednesday and they said they never received a request, I call back to the doctor and she said, "Oh the lady that does the referrals has been out of the office" Thats not what you said when I was there at my appt and when I called you earlier! The doctor, himself, doesnt really listen at all, seems too busy to get to the next patient. Currently looking for another doctor. Not impressed at all!

Great Medical Center and doctor I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Ritesh Patel and team. The offices are brand new, clean, and they run on time. Patel consistently answers all my questions before and after making my appointment. Dr provides a safe, understanding, sympathetic, private practice, and always accompanies his diagnosis with standard western treatment . He is the first Doctor I have ever had that concentrated on wellness of the mind, body, and soul. Seriously, he is the first doctor that ever made me consider 7 Stars if they had them.

Dr Patel is a great doctor who is compassionate, professional and caring physician. He did took care of me while I was pregnant. I had multiple complications in previois pregnancy and he did handle it very well amd prevent me from getting same complication. He did coordinate care with other physician. I would give him 5 star.
