I wish I could give no stars. My husband never actually got to see the doctor, only a PA, who was a jerk. Hes got bulging and herniated discs and has been seeing a doctor in Pensacola for years. We moved back to Alabama and it was just too hard to drive to Pensacola all the time, so we found this doctor. They have given him 4 epidurals in 2 months, lots of steroids, PT, and continued his pain medicine. He can hardly walk and I feel he may need surgery, but they dont listen and will NEVER call us back when we call. A very rude guy just finally called us back for the first time and said because he didnt have enough of his pain medicine in his system that they would no linger help him. He told them that he ran out because he was hurting so bad and the guy said oh well, well send you something in the mail. I understand that there are people who abuse pain medicine, Ive seen it before, not with my husband, but Ive had family that was addicted. The way he was so dismissive and basically said he didnt care was shameful! To throw away someone who is trying to get well because others screw up is ridiculous! Shame on you.
