STANDING RULES: 1. We do not allow potential patients from any country to use family members identification and insurance cards to obtain medical care. That is considered illegal. You must use your own insurance card authorized by your insurance provider and appropriate identification for your visit. 2. Medications (all) are only prescribed to patients with appropriate needs and with appropriate screening as outlined by the State of Illinois. 3. We do not participate in any illegal activities. 4. We offer the best care for our patients based on clinical evidence.

The doctors office had scheduled an appointment for my Dad on 7/11 and once we reached there and showed the medicaid card, we were informed that the appointment was scheduled in error and the next appointment for a medicaid patient is in October. Please note that the appointment was given after review of the insurance card. For a doctor not to honor an appointment and disallow the visit based on the insurance (billing) is totally against the medical ethics. I would never recommend this doctor no matter how qualified he is in his profession.

After visiting about 5 other doctors for shoulder pain, I finally found Dr. Oommen. In the first visit he figured out exactly what was wrong (down to which muscle was causing and steps to fix it). Thats an amazing skill you get only with experience!

Dr Oommen is very kind and intelligent. He really came through for us when the insurance company was refusing to pay the hospital claim. He fought for us and got them to change their decision and pay the claim. He is a wonderful doctor.
