Went there twice for therapy for same problem. Had a young man who I believed was the assistant manager. Basically all I did for the hour were the same exercises i would do at home with a couple ones added. After 1/2 hour with the therapist I was handed off to one of to someone else who just had a list of exercises for me to do. It was a wasted hour and I did not get any better. I spoke with my doctor and now go to a FYZICAL (which was Sportho) down Archer across from New England Pharmacy. even though its only 1/23 hour I get better results there. They actually do resistance exercises which force your muscles to work. They also have a pool in which they have you do resistance exercises to strengthen your muscles. I will NEVER go back to Athletico.

The therapy really helped the only thing I did not like is that I did not get one on one service. The therapist was working with me and someone else at the same time.
