I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain. I go to Fuller Physical Therapy for dry needling when the knots in my shoulders become unbearable. All it takes is a visit or two and Im feeling good as new. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I call for an appointment and they always work me in quickly when Im in pain. Ive used both the Leitchfield and Beaver Dam locations and both are equally great. I highly recommend!

The staff is very professional, friendly and caring. They worked to resolve issues of headaches, neck pain with limited neck mobility and numbness in my left hand. Thru dry needling, massage therapy, and exercise instruction to address these issues, my progress to correct them has been very successful. I would definitely recommend them for any physical therapy needs.

The staff at Fuller Physical Therapy are amazing! For the past seven weeks they have worked with me to rehab my shoulder which became frozen due to immobilization when I broke my Humerus. Since then, they have not only improved my range of motion and strength, but have provided the encouragement I needed to be able to do my exercises at home.

They treat you like a person and not a number. All the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. The therapists show real concern for your improvement. They try to accommodate my hectic schedule. I would recommend them to all my friends. They provide a great service for the community!
