Ive had four appointments with this place (enough to get a grasp on how they operate). They consistently start 15 minutes late, but most frustrating of all...my PT was always working on 3-4 patients simultaneously, moving from table to table. Even when she was working on me, she was monitoring the progress of other patients and yelling directions at them across the room. There is no personal attention whatsoever. She would plant me on a table and tell me to do an exercise Id been taught from a previous session but before I could ask her to refresh my memory on how to perform it, she was with another patient so I would just wing it which is NOT what you want when youre trying to get better. I found myself standing around with nothing to do, waiting for my PT to see that I was finished and direct me to do the next thing. This place is all about cramming in as many patients as they can. Patient care is absolutely not a priority.

I broke my leg, a facture in my lower tibula. I was having major problems with walking and controlling my muscles. I went in and instantly starting to feel better and notice my improvements. John is my therapist, he is very friendly, gentle with the touch and knowledgeable of his practice. He knows of every surgeon and physician! John is not the only other amazing employee there, Chris and the others are too. Everybody is very nice and just happy in general. I was referred to this place by a friend who loved it just as much as me. If this review can give you any insight it is to call and schedule an appointment with them today. Bless you.

These guys are THE BEST! Im in here 3 x a week after having knee surgery, and they are so easy to work with and really help with my recovery. Ive seen Caitlin and Whitney and both are fantastic, but the whole staff is always helpful and pleasant!

My pt falsified opinions, reports and testing and persuaded me to use an "athletico" lawyer, when nortwestern memorial hospital commits medical malpractice they use outside health care "professionals"to assist in cover ups.
