Giving birth wreaked havoc on my body, but Meredy and Shantae helped get me back on track. I really cant thank them enough. Through weekly appointments, follow up emails and messages, take-home exercises, and thorough coordination with my doctors, they turned this terrible situation into an accomplishment. Once under their care, I really felt that I had my support team in place and that I could get better. And I did. They were attentive, knowledgeable, organized, and easy to work with. They provided top-notch care, and even made me feel comfortable with my newborn baby in tow. I am grateful to have met them and would not hesitate to reach out to them for help in the future.

I dont know what Id do without Meredy and Julie. I found Meredy via Mama Tribe when I asked for recommendations for a postpartum physical therapist. Im so glad I tried her out! She helped relieve pain during pregnancy and postpartum. She also introduced me to dry needling which has helped me tremendously. Beyond that shes just a very knowledgeable, nice, and honest person. When I started having problems with my arch I started seeing Julie. She is also very knowledgeable, nice, and honest. Shes helped me rehab my arch and foot. Shes certified in Graston Technique which has been amazingly helpful. Highly recommended!
