Secretary was rude and condescending at my first and only visit. older blonde.(instead of treating clients like criminals, type in the insurance # and VOILA!!!! That name on your screen is the primary card holder.) I Didnt get past her insulting demeanor to know more. The Drs may very well be good. The lady at the desk may need some humble pie or just a refresher on feigning empathy.

I highly recommend Kentucky Physical Therapy in Madisonville to everybody needing therapy! Dr J.W. Durst and all the therapist are all so caring and kind. I never thought I would get ever get acupuncture, but I did and it helped me so much! ( and it doesnt hurt ) !!! I certainly give this place a FIVE STARE rating!!!! Hanks to all of you for making me well!!!!
