This place really did help me to get back to where I wanted to be after being in a car accident and having upper back and neck pain. Dr. Bingham was knowledgeable and the adjustments he made did help the discomfort go away and additionally helped me feel more healthy overall. Aarons exercises and techniques during the therapy portion of the visits did the same, and helped me improve in ways that I would not have been able to do alone. Their knowledge and explanations of what needed to be done made the visits beneficial and easy to understand. Dr. Bingham, Aaron, and the entire staff at Compass Chiropractic made visiting there worthwhile and comfortable, they are all very friendly and do want to help you. Their use of technology seemed to make the office run very smoothly as well with everyone communicating and sharing information with each other. There was a review that I read on this page giving Compass Chiropractic one star because the reviewer did not get what they wanted during the first two visits. The first two visits basically give them an idea of whats going on with you and what they need to work on before they go further, and I believe that if the reviewer had stuck with the program for longer than the introduction they would have been satisfied.

I went to CC originally for a long-term lower back issue doctors basically always said, "it is what it is". After my initial assessment test, CC determined they felt the cause was my tight hip flexors and gave me some small adjustments and lots of stretches to focus on for relief and to repair the tissue. I have been an avid athlete for years and as a 34 year old male, I know the importance to actually follow and perform the stretches prescribed to me. I have had my pain issue for about 6 years and within two months of seeing CC, I am a noticeably 50% better. Repairing your body is not a short project and requires hard work and dedication if you truly want to heal yourself. I highly recommend CC and the amazing workers there to fix your problems. Thanks CC!

I started see Dr. B as a last ditch effort for headaches. I had tried chiropractors before and had bad experience. They made the headache worse. Dr. B listened to me and trusted that I knew my body. I told him it wasnt in the neck. He did x-rays that confirmed my neck was fine. I still have slight headaches but gone are the 6 day life stopping headaches. I think for the first time since I was a teenager I now just have normal headaches like most people. The PT work they do along w/ the adjustments is so important. I have better posture now. He believes in the body mind healing process and that is inline w/ my beliefs. It has been a wonderful experience and now I am trying to talk my better half into going.

I have had various neck and back issues over the years, due to a motorcycle accident and some knee injuries that kept me standing on one leg long enough to gift me with mild scoliosis. From moving around a lot, I have been in and out of five different chiropractor offices. Dr. Bingham is the first chiropractor I have decided to go into "maintenance mode" with, where rather than waiting for things to flare up, I simply visit every six weeks. This has proven to work well for me. Not only are his receptionists polite and courteous, his entire staff is friendly and extremely competent. Kudos, Compass Indy, you are a tremendous asset to the College Ave corridor south of Broad Ripple.

Compass Chiropractic is excellent. I have chronic neck and back pain, and Ive seen a number of chiropractors and acupuncturists. Dr. Bingham is easily the best. He and his staff are incredible--knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They are obviously committed to helping their patients achieve true wellness, and they offer a whole range of services: adjustments, therapeutic massage, physical rehabilitation, dietary suggestions, exercise challenges. The office staff is great, too, and dealing with payments and insurance couldnt have been easier, despite the fact that I was dealing with multiple insurance companies and multiple claims. I cant recommend Compass highly enough.

I’ve had chronic neck and back pain for many years and have been treated my numerous chiropractors. Dr. Bingham and his staff has been the only practice that has offered what I consider to be a complete treatment plan. Not only do they offer adjustments and therapeutic massages, but they also recommend specific exercises, changes of posture habits, and dietary suggestions to help keep me feeling well. The entire Compass team is polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly they really seem to care about their patients overall health. I have recommended Compass to many people, and I will continue to do so!

Compass Chiropractic is EXCELLENT! Dr. Bingham and his rehab specialist and message therapist have listened to my health concerns and goals very carefully and considerately, developed my individualized plan of treatment, educated me on understanding what caused my problem and how to prevent a re-occurrence. After several visits, the chest tightness, migraine, neck pain and dizziness which have bothered me for about two years get greatly relieved. Now my husband and daughter are also Dr. Bingham’s patients. In addition, this office has excellent appointment reminding system and always stay on schedule.

I was recommended Compass after hobbling around with a hurt back for a month. Less than two months later Im completely free of pain and can do any activities I want now! Dr. Binghams plan and care has been fantastic. I was weary of chiropractors at first, but Dr. Bingham takes a more realisitic and wholistic approach - combining adjustments with physical therapy and massage. Not only does my back feel better, I now have knowledge and practice to avoid another injury. Plus, theyve worked with my insurance company to make my whole rehab really affordable. I couldnt recommend them more.

Dr. B. knows what he is doing, and the other staff (Aaron and Ashley) are very nice and helpful. Compass Chiropractic focuses more on rehabilitating than on cracking your joints a bunch of times and sending you out the door, which effectively seems to be the best way to address any issues you might have. Couldnt ask for any more than that. Theyll tell you how it is and as long as you are ready to put in the effort you need to, youll be back up and moving around in no time.

Ive been a patient at Compass for about 2 years now - I return every 6 weeks or so to make sure I stay on top of my health. I used to struggle with neck pain and regular migraines because I work at a desk all day but I am now migraine free and have minimal neck pain due to the combination of treatment from the doctor, exercises provided by the physical therapist, and natural dietary changes suggested by the doctor as well. Love this place!

Compass Chiropractic is a fantastic one stop shop! Dr. Bingham and his team take care of the whole person not just a sore back or kinked neck. The massage therapists and physical rehabilitation room are great additions to comprehensive wellness. After moving around other Indianapolis chiropractors that walk you out the door in 10 minutes, I feel like I am given personable attention as a Compass patient. I recommend everyone check it out!

Ive been going to this office for a few months now, and everyone has been so friendly and professional. This is the 3rd chiropractic office Ive tried in the last 2 years, and this is by far my favorite. I dont live in Broad Ripple and its not near my home at all, but the appointments are well worth the drive to me. The sessions feel very customized and I learn practical tips to avoid other injury with each session.
