In the couple of times I had taken my daughter there, I found Dr. Bundy and her staff to be rude, unprofessional, uninterested, and disappointing. She says that they have prolonged the hours but Dr. Bundy isnt physically there those hours so you are just sitting and waiting until she gets there (her normal hours). She seemed rude and uninterested in my childs condition and is very combattive when asking her questions or giving your opinion. She HATES to be wrong, even when proven wrong she will argue her way out of it. After having problems with my daughters tonsils, the staff at Dr. Bundys office sent me to a specialist without regard to the fact that such specialist didnt even take my daughters insurance, thus wasting my time (work), my daughters time (school), and gas to not even be able to be seen. After the lack of competence her staff had, I quickly decided it would be in our best interests to switch doctors. I made the arrangements and signed to get her medical records sent over to her new doctors office. Six months later, still no medical records were sent. Kept calling and given the run-around about the medical records. Finally told to call back at the end of the week (six months later) and all would be taken care of. Still nothing. Her new doctor couldnt see her without her medical records to for six months my daughter frequented the nearest Urgent Care Center. The more I called to check and request (again) that I either be able to pick up her records or that they be sent, the ruder her staff became. The only friendly one I was able to speak with was Patty (who unfortunately was still unable to help because she kept telling me that my daughters file was STILL sitting on Dr. Bundys desk and that I couldnt have it until Dr. Bundy approved it and signed off on it (which other doctors had told me they hadnt even heard of such)). Finally, becoming severely aggrivated, I made the call and spoke with the secretary at Dr. Bundys office and pretty much demanded the medical record and told her that I would be there in the morning to pick it up and that I needed it to be ready. The secretary was very snotty telling me that I was NOT going to get her record and that there was no way that was going to happen. I then told her that I would obtain legal help to get them. She laughed and told me, "you do that" and hung up. Stressed, I went to the police station and filed a police report. The officer called Dr. Bundy, who was oh-so-friendly THEN and said that I could call in the morning and talk to the head of the office (Michelle) and we could get this expedited faster (Really? Faster than SIX MONTHS? Six months wasnt long enough?). I called this morning and was told the file got faxed and that they had the confirmation. Called my daughters new doctors office extactic that I finally was able to light the fire under them enough to get something done even though it was rediculous how far I had to go to get the record where it needed to go only to find out that four measly pages actually got sent. Her shot record didnt even get sent. I ended up just going to my daughters doctor she had before Bundy (her baby doctor who I LOVED and hated to leave but they were no longer accepting my insurance) to have THEM send their files. NO PROBLEM. Very friendly about it. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Bundy to anyone I care about. Im putting the word out everywhere I can. Dr. Bundy is a bitter, unfriendly (at least the two times I was in the office she was EXTREMELY unfriendly) person who shouldnt be working with the public, let alone with children. And her staff is about the rudest and most unprofessional Ive ever come across. Steer clear of this one at all costs. PLEASE do your homework. Because if you get her and end up not liking her, it is HELL to get out of her clutches!

BEWARE OF DR. BUNDY...everyone who wrote a review on this dr. was not lieing. i will make my review as brief as i can...this dr. on every visit was rude smart mouth unproffessional uncaring etc. i never gained a comfortable repor with this dr. her attitude was definately outrageous and ridiculous. i agree with everyone about how she never like you asking questions and she would speak as though the paren t(me) knew nothing or was incompetent. i asked for her to refer my son to a dermatologist because of his severe ezcema and she kept bypassing on my requests she kept trying to treat it herself which she proved nothing she did worked then she finally told me she didnt know what the problem was and left it at that, mind you she would precribe cremes not covered by medicaid. i told her ointments work best she still prescribed creme. this doct called the cps on me for a mistake she made with another one of my sons meds she tried to call them back to recant her story but it was too late. this dr. wrongfully accused me of medical neglect and to this day has not apologized..her staff are obnoxious as well but they did show sorry for my family after the cps ordeal.i would NOT recommend DR. MARY BUNDY TO ANY ONE

Dr Bundy is incompetent, rude and very unreliable. After being told that we would have to wait a full week for my daughter to be seen after running high grade fevers all week and suffering a febrile seizure as a result of the fevers Dr. Bundy examined her ears and said they were clear and that she would need to have some blood tests ran. (the results from the blood tests the week prior were "lost") Dr. Bundy was very rude and accusatory throughout the entire checkup and promised that they would have the test results that day and would call me to let me know what the next step was. She did not call on Thursday so I called her office and was told that they did not have the results so I made a trip back to the lab to pick them up myself at which point they told me that Dr. Bundy did have the results but closed her office a half hour early so I was unable to contact her. She then closed her office on Friday due to an inch of snow and we were forced to take my daughter to Kosair on Saturday where they diagnosed her with at double ear infection (which Dr. Bundy said were clear) I would never recommend that anyone see Dr. Bundy!!!!

I went here as a child. Do NOT send your child here. Over a 3 month period, I was seen over 7 times for severe abdominal pain, weight loss, and a ton of other symptoms. My mother was told I was hitting puberty and it was normal. WRONG! I ended up having to go to the ER for vomiting and such. Turns out I had a ruptured appendix and I was taken in for surgery right then. The infection had already spread to my blood and we were told that if another 24 hours had passed, I would have died. Throughout the 7 times I was seen at this office, they never ONCE checked to see if it was something more than "puberty." We should have filed a malpractice suit. Do not bring your children here.
