En el mes de junio le hicieron una cirugia a mi hijo mayor para corregir a tiempo el problema que tenia con sus dientes el tiene solo 6 anos de edad ademas que es un nino especial, el cervicio fue exelente porque no lo forzaron ademas de que fueron muy amables y se preocuparon porque el principalmente se sintiera bien, lo medicaron. pero el todo el tiempo estuvo tranquilo y eso la verdad me gusto mucho a mi como madre. y si el lloro cuando se le paso el efecto de la nestecia porque no comprendia lo que le habia pasado. el se recupero satisfactoriamente y no tiene miedo de visitar a su dentista. gracias wild about smiles.

These guys are really good with kids. I always feel welcome and like I can ask anything. They have 2 play areas in the waiting room, one is for smaller children and includes a little clubhouse to play in. The other has older game systems for the bigger kids. My son has gone here for many years. Hes had teeth cleaned, pulled, and filled, and weve never had any problems with the work they do. Kids get to pick a little toy once they have been seen. THE BAD: These guys are more expensive than some of the other dentists. Our insurance covers cleanings 100%. We did have a problem with insurance not covering as much of a procedure as we thought, so I ended up having to pay out of pocket. Since I owed them money, they canceled my sons cleaning (which insurance would have covered). Overall, if you have good insurance or can afford to pay the extra, this is a really good dentist for your child.

I want to say thank you to all the staff at Wild About Smiles. As a parent I admit I was more terrified about taking my two young kids ages 4 & 3 to the dentist than they were. The staff (I wish I could remember their name) took their time, explained EVERYTHING they were doing before they did it. My daughter enjoyed how they counted the princess in her mouth and my son enjoyed how they counted the superheroes in his mouth. Even when my son started to get upset they took a moment and explained and showed him what was going on and he settled down and let them finish. A big thank you to everyone and I will recommend your office to all my friends.

When you try to schedule your childs 6 month checkup, your told "we cant guarantee your date/ time request" which makes it virtually impossible to plan ahead. When you do receive the confirmation call for your appointment and have to change it because you have prior commitments, you are forced to wait weeks or months because you cant fit into THEIR schedule. Then, to further add to the already frustrating situation, you are treated as though you are a nuisance for requesting several different dates/times be checked for availability. What happened to customer service??

I had been taking my son to this clinic for 3 years. I called to see when his next cleaning was due and they said that he had an appointment scheduled in April that we missed and since we had now had to reschedule 2 appointments in a total of 3 years they would not see him again. That is insane and if you have anything else going on in life beside dr appointments that you would need to reschedule, I would recommend to go somewhere else! Dental Excellence is a great choice with free cleanings, professional staff, and flexible scheduling !

Called to schedule an appointment, but I changed my mind during the call because I didnt want to deal with a moody, rude, unhappy receptionist. A “bad attitude” is one of the most common and destructive issues in a dental office and when this takes place scheduling your first appointment, it is sign of things to come, so I decided not to take my child there. Be aware!!

Worst place to take your child to rude and unprofessional. I dont see how they have any buisness , i was hung up several times and they dont care if your child in is my pain or not they will send you home with a antibiotic and tell you that they will call you for a surgery date(which will be months down the road) TERRIBLE PLACE!!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I just scheduled all 4 of my kids last appointment with them. Do not rely on the automated appointment reminder to remind you of their appointments!!!! It will not remind you! I will be searching elsewhere for a pediatric dentist. Save your money and find another pediatric dentist.

Jason Vogt and the Wild about Smiles Staff was so amazing with our son! We brought him in for a cavity filling and they made sure to make his experience a pleasant and comfortable one. They were so patient from beginning to end and would definitely recommend this office for all your childrens dental needs.

Prices are ridiculous of course we are dealing with kids so they blame the child/parent for everything.. Spent over $500 and wanting more money for a spacer that keeps coming out...
