Wish i could give ZERO stars..I had HORRIBLE experience with this dentist & his unprofessional staff. I went for initial examination and cleaning to this dentist and they told me it was covered by my insurance . During my visit they did not do any cleaning just took x-ray and pictures and asked me to come back for deep cleaning. Later after few days saw huge bill in mail, which showed they not only charged my insurance company a good premium on top they were asking me to pay close to 65 bucks. This is despite confirming to them over phone and in-person that cleaning, and x-rays are covered by insurance an then later charging me for the same. After few days i saw they immediately sent this bill to their favorite Collection agency "Choice Recovery" and then that agency started harassing me to pay up, while i was disputing this.. and they immediately reported this to credit reporting agencies when i disputed strongly.This whole experience turned out to horrible nightmare and i will never recommend this doctor to even my worst enemies I am also reporting this doctors malpractice and fraudulent business practices to ADA and Indiana dental association

Staff is friendly & theres a relaxed professional atmosphere. Waiting room is nice, there are TVs in the ceilings over dental chairs. One hygienist is pretty-good & the other is very-good. Both are kind & considerate,and show genuine concern. They also gave great tips about oral hygiene, things no one had told me in 30 years of seeing dentists. I have only had one exam & returned for a cpl fillings, not a lot of contact with Dr. Callaway; that being said, he was terrific. Hes accessible, professional, gentle(as possible,) friendly, has answered my questions, and never seems rushed. That was the best experience Ive ever had while getting a needle poked into my gum-line, he has incredibly steady hands. (I did not realize he was a childrens dentist until I read it on this website.)

Best dentist Ive ever been to. Had extractions and fillings done and was literally painless. The entire staff is awesome and helpful. They treat you like family and answer any questions you have. I wont go anywhere else. When I show up for my appointments, I dont have to "check-in" because as soon as I get to the desk they tell me they will let him know Im there. As said before, best dentist and staff. I highly recommend.

The dentist was very rude. Cleaning was rushed and there was no one in there. They acted as if they were mad they had to be doing their jobs. I finally told them to let me out of the chair and left. Never have I done this Im a very easy going person and I felt VERY disrespected. Best to avoid this office!!

I had a filling fall out at one time and went to have it fixed. They were very rushed and aggravated to fix it. Avoid this dentist.
