I love Tammi Labarre, NP. She is so personable & understands womens woes! She listens & explains, she is almost like a gal pal! But...unfortunately, I dont believe she is in charge of all the aspects of her services. I ran in on 5/17/17 to have blood drawn for a follow up test for hormone therapy. I didnt receive results from that test until 6/1/17! Then I was told the test showed I could use a boost in my dosage. Appointment dates started a week from the day you call! So, we are looking at more than a month from the time my blood was tested until I can get the boost! This morning I called at 8:46 am to try to get in for this boost....hours passed...no return call...I called again at 1:05pm...left a message...again....no one returned my call. I just called again at 4:15pm...finally someone answered & looked to book me an appointment for next Monday! I just find it poor office managing if someone cant return your call. I am not totally sure that T Labarre, NP knows if these delays are even occurring.

Tammi is great. She is very knowledgeable and spends time with you explaining medical conditions. I know my body and I know when things are not right. I went to another doctor and he run tests debunking my complaints. I went to Tammi and she found out what was going on and it could have been serious if untreated. Seriously my favorite medical provider

Very poor customer service. I called to speak with the office manager about my experience and she was not helpful at all. As a military veteran, professionalism and customer service is extremely important to me. I would recommend you take your business to another office.

Great customer service. Friendly but also very professional environment overall. I have been going for the past few months, and everyone knows me by my first name. Great experience every time I come here. Staff is great, and always accommodates my busy schedule.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They have such a variety of treatments, so I always leave feeling amazing! I bring my husband and daughter (8) to Dr Dennis and Dr Kyle also! I highly recommend them.
