1st, on my 1st appointment with Plymouth Chiro Center, I was told I had to pay $35 co-pay and they would magically figure out how the billing would work with my insurance. So depending on what they charge me for the 1st time - what my co-insurance will cover, it might be the most expensive out-of-pocket visit Ive ever had. Then the chiropractor came in and showed little concern about my well being and insisted on going through her check list like she was doing a multi-point inspection on a car for the 100th time. She then poked my back and neck in several places, wrote down some numbers and said I needed to get X-rays before she could help me. Most chiropractors I know have the ability to do X-rays in the office and at least perform an adjustment to provide some relief. All I received was a bill for $35 and some electric stimulus. Not what I would call relief. 2nd visit, it gets worse. Showed up for my 4:30PM appointment. I was charged another $35 with the magical - well let you know in the future what we owe you. I was then handed a clip board and told to put the clipboard in the door of room 2 and wait. I waited and waited and waited until 5PM. At this point, Im in pain, not feeling good and now irritated by the lack of personal interest and concern. I bring my clipboard out and just at that point the chiropractor came out with another patient and said Im ready to see you now. Sorry but I have places to be and spent good gas $ and time to be on-time for an office that seems to care very little for their patients. I then asked to have my $35 refunded and they acted surprised that I would request such a thing. I believe in giving people 2nd chances but they had 2 chances with me and made the process worse. Needless to say Im looking for a different Chiropractor. Heads up, the website, Facebook page reflect the old Chiropractors that we read good reviews about. They sold out to a larger firm (Chiro Centers) and put in all new people. Im sure the previous team was good. This new team, not so much. Why they didnt take the time to update their web content shows lack of organization and execution, similar to what I experienced.

I was referred to Dr. John at the Robbinsdale location about 17 years ago and it was the best referral I’ve ever received. John is a very companionate about what he does. He genuinely cares about your health and that you have a quality of life worth living. Theresa is the warmest and most welcoming as well as accommodating. She is a marvelous and a major asset to the Robbinsdale Office. When John moved to the Plymouth location I couldn’t be without his support both physically as well as mentally so I know travel to Plymouth once a week or so. I have had the best care and treatments from Dr. John. Laura at Plymouth always has such a wonderful smile and makes my visit feel like I’m meeting with a best friend. I would refer anyone and everyone to Chiro Center.

Never had a chiropractic visit before. This has been a wonderful introduction to this type of care. Dr. Jesse is very reassuring and patient. The whole experience from the initial check-in through the visit and check-out is both thorough and professional at all times. These are a friendly group of people and I look forward to my visits. My flexibility has improved and the stiffness in my back has dissipated. I have even brought some family into this clinic and they are happy as well.

This is the absolute best chiropractic clinic I have been to, I have been to MANY. Laura is great! Always friendly and smiling. I see Dr. Matt and he genuinely listens to my needs, massages out my tight muscles and is excellent at adjusting the areas that cause the most pain. I havent met most of the staff, however the ones I have met have been courteous and helpful. I would refer anyone to make an appointment! All around 5 stars!!!

Ive been getting adjustments from Dr. Adam for almost 2 years. My lower back pain has been greatly reduced, and when it does occasionally flair up it doesnt last for long. Dr. Adam is very knowledgeable and helps me with my overall health condition. I was a person that would never consider having chiropractic adjustments, but since the 1st few weeks of having adjustments Im grateful for my friend treating me to my first appointment!!

I have never had back pain up until a year ago so I finally went in for treatment and have never felt better! I have seen Dr. Morten and Dr. Garcia and they are both awesome as well as Michelle the receptionist. They are very punctual and understanding with my crazy work schedule and get me in and out in no time. Each time feeling better than the last. They all take great care of me and will miss them when I move!

I was suffering from extreme lower back pain. I went to see Dr. Adam and things have been getting better. The office is very friendly and you always fell welcome when entering the office. I have been going to this office for many years. When Dr. Matt came I was even happier than previous years. My husband and I both feel that he is the best chiropractor we have ever had. I love the way he has of relaxing your muscles before he does the adjustments. He is very thorough. He doesnt use machines to do everything. I would highly recommend Dr. Matt to anyone.
