For many years I have experienced ongoing neck and back pain with little to no relief from medications and steroid injections. While I was reluctant to try chiropractic. my friend highly recommended I go see Dr. Kvam at HealthStar. I am so glad I made that appointment. Since my initial visit, Dr. Kvam has made dramatic improvements to my range of motion and overall health. My pain is gone and I sleep so much better at night. Another thing I learned since going to the chiropractor is that it can benefit the whole family. I started bringing my kids to the clinic and they are the healthiest they have been in their lives. Dr. Kvam and his staff are professional and efficient. I love that they always can fit me into the schedule on short notice. What I really appreciate the most about Dr. Kvam, is he takes the time to listen to me and genuinely cares to help me be the healthiest I can be. I look forward to my weekly visits and I am very happy with my experience at HealthStar Chiropractic.

After coping with lower back pain since adolescence and seeing 2 separate Chiropractors, I had come to accept back pain as a fact of life. Then in the summer of 2014, I developed a condition in my right shoulder that made it virtually impossible to reach across my body to turn off the alarm clock. In August I scheduled an appointment at Prairie Spine to seek help for both my back and shoulder. After several months of regular visits, Dr Kvam was able to successfully treat these conditions. I have had no issues with my lower back in over 2 years and the right shoulder ailment is completely cleared up. I am convinced, my regular maintenance adjustments have contributed to increased mobility and a wonderful sense of well-being. I highly recommend Prairie Spine to anyone afflicted with back or joint issues.

I have been seeing Dr. Kvam for several years now. As a nurse I have had my fair share of back injuries and strains. From the moment he met with me after my previous chiropractor closed shop, he had a plan and worked hard to help improve my back. He is very personable and truly interested in how my family and I are doing. Since seeing Dr. Kvam, my back health has improved and I am now enjoying running long distances for fun. Running of any kind was not something I could do when my back was bothering me. When I am taking care of my back with Dr. Kvam I am feeling at my best. His staff are friendly and welcoming and dont mind my crazy kids running around. Their hours are flexible. Most times I can call and drive right in and be seen without a long wait. Give them a try you wont be disappointed!

From my first visit to fix a botched adjustment from another chiropractor, to treating pain due to a car accident, to treating pain related to chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis, Dr. Kvam and staff have been attentive, and very effective in treating my pain. Ive been receiving bi-weekly adjustments from Dr. Kvam for several years now. I used to suffer from chronic neck and upper back pain, but no more! I feel 1000 times better than I did and am free of pain 99% of the time. Ive worked with other chiropractors in the past, but none of them adjust as gently or effectively as Dr. Kvam. After seeing my improvements, my husband decided to give chiro a try and now hes hooked as well. Do yourself a favor and pay Dr. Kvam and Prairie Spine a visit. Your body will thank you!
