Policies are put in place for reasons..... Example 1: There have recently been computer system upgrades over the last several months that should improve the ability to handle email transmissions. Perhaps the (licensing company) system upgrades had not yet released the ability for them to accept or send emails with your situation. Also one must take in to consideration that these medical systems are licensed out and are usually annually contracted, leaving the office at a disadvantage until the contracting company catches up with the more advanced technology. I am a Master Certified Internet Web Designer and see the ever-changing world of technology all the time. (When was the last time you had to do an upgrade on your iPhone?) With the new line of upgrades that have been put into place, i believe you should be able to get what you need via email in a more timely fashion. Example 2 : (This does not imply to the above complaint but is common logic and my opinion): A physician does not know how many doctors one may be seeing at the same time. Having more than one doctor may allow a patient to obtain multiple prescriptions for the same medication of which could be classified as a controlled drug. IMO, not allowing previous patients to return is a GREAT POLICY and is also the practice with most other physicians. Perhaps the situation may or may not have been handled properly by the staff to satisfy your expectations, but it is not the norm. As for my experiences with UCM, I have so many positive things to say about the politeness of the staff, cleanliness of the facilities, and the thoroughness and care from both of the doctors and the nurse practitioner. UCM has hard working staff of professionals that exhibit friendliness and have always tried their best to help me whenever I need assistance. I have never had to wait for hours to be seen by the doctor nor ever been forgotten that I was waiting in the examination room as with another health care facility I came from. Kindly take my opinion to some of the comments left. One thing is for sure, I will continue to patronize and promote this medical facility that I personally trust based on my experiences. I promise that you will experience the same treatment and care I have.

If I could give a 0 thats what this lousy excuse for a Drs office would get! I was a patient with an Awesome Dr. and staff for 18yrs unfortunately (and I knew one day it would come) he would retire and he did but now that before referring us to this place the only mistake the man made in all my care from him. I was told by Mary the nurse practitioner tells me in front of an internship student " how do I say I say this nicely Dr. _____ s patient have been kind of a headache because he didnt give them any medical records" which was a blatant lie even my pharmacist said he had access to all our medical records THAT WERE KEPT and downloaded on a disk and put into their system. Not sure why that is my fault or she felt she had to say that to me. Now this month their not filling my pain meds Ive have been on for years due to a fractured vertebrae in my lowback. I cannot stop these meds suddenly but thats no care to them Im a headache anyway right? The receptionist Chris has NO phone skills and is just a rude hateful lady who should not be dealing with the public!!! As for Dr. Scheperle I have never met the man only got to deal with his manner less no compassion for humans staff hes chose to employ!! I would not suggest this place for a dog!!! I will pray for them they need it!! God Bless!

Supposedly this guy was my doctor. Ive went there about four times... never met the guy. Anna the nurse was nice... thats what saves it from being a one or zero stars. I missed a bill... they never called me, sent it to collection and now my credit is in tatters. I went to a health clinic close to my house, amazing service and actually met the doctor the FIRST time! whoa. Yeah, go elsewhere. As an update.. they tacked on an extra charge. I also loved how someone on the staff bragging how their ugly statue in the the waiting room cost $500,000. Nice. Healthcare at its finest. Now you know what they think is important.. IT ISNT YOU! ... reducing down to one star.

I have been going there for 9years and I guess my insurance for the first time didnt pay. They said they sent 2 notices. I moved around a lot so i didnt get them. I was even there almost 3 months ago and they didnt say I owed anything. I got a letter saying they will not see me anymore. If I knew about the bill I would have payed it. I was even homeless a few months so didnt even have a address . Im transgender on get from them. Now my life is in turmoil again. I want to end my life. Its like the end of the world to me. Dr scheperle is awesome though. He deserves 5 stars.

Love the people here. For starters, they actually return voicemails within a day - something Ive found to be less common with healthcare these days. The doctors also take the time to actually talk to you about whats going on, and while they can get behind a bit, Ive never had to wait more than fifteen minutes or so past my appt time to be seen.

But corrected asap. His nurses, office staff goes above and beyond to help. Thank you one and all for caring about me.
