Do not go here!!!! Dr. Herman did a tooth extraction on me on Dec 11, 2014. He tugged and yanked and pulled for an hour and a half finally getting it out. He STITCHED the hole up and I asked if I needed to come back to get them removed he told me no they dissolve. He prescribed me Tylenol 3 for pain and and antibiotic. I was still in so much pain after a 5 days I went back to office he said everything looks good that Im sore because it was a tough extraction. He put the packing in and said this should take care of it. And that I did not have to come back that the packing would actually harden and turn into like bone. He prescribed me more antibiotics and Vicodin this time. I called 3 days later in tears I was hurting so bad. He told me to double up on pain meds. I called the next day said this is not right I am having pain in my neck and ear and headaches now. He told me to go to oral surgeon in case hes missing something. So I went to Dr. Weber in Sunset Hills and I feel like he basically saved my life!!! He took one look and said who did this to you!? The stitches were NOT dis-solvable, my gums were swelled and red filled with infection. He immediately took care of the screw up Dr. Herman did to me. Dr Weber had to cut the stitches out that were holding in all the infection and found old bone, debris, and massive nasty infection. I asked about the packing Dr Herman put in and he said he has no idea what he packed me with but that packing indeed has to be removed. I would not recommenced this dental office for anything!! Ive heard threw 2 people that has also been here in the past with horrible experiences also. Also it should tell you something when you have your office girls drumming for business on facebook buy & sell pages to promote new patients. I have also reported him to the better business bureau,

First Impressions are lasting. Based on my limited experience with this place I can tell that they are all about doing what is good for them and not about acting in the best interest of their patients. For my initial appointment on a Saturday, I got a phone call several hours before my appointment asking if I could come in early. I thought it was strange, but I made my appointment at the time I made it for a reason, so I ignored the message and showed up at my scheduled time. When I got their the staff seemed nice, however, I was unnerved by the fact that after my cleaning by the hygienist the actual dentist glanced in my mouth for about 15 seconds with our total interactions totaling about a minute. What a way to win over a new customer! I made a follow up appointment to take care of a cavity and scheduled it a month in advance. I received a call on my home phone asking if I could come in early (I could not, I was working). About a half hour after this message was left I received a call on my cell telling me they would have to reschedule the appointment because the dentist had to leave. It appears that they dont have enough appointments to keep their books full and ask their patients to rearrange their schedules so they can leave work early! My interactions with them showed them to be unprofessional and lacking in the customer service department. Ill be having my filling done elsewhere and I will not be patronizing this business again. Be sure to make an appointment with Apple Dental if you want to be treated like a set of teeth with no body attached to it and like being asked to rearrange appointments at the last minute!

My cleaning was okay. I also had my teeth crown done for my molar. My wifes cleaning was not so fun.
