This place is HORRIBLE. 4 months after getting a filing they tried to charge me $125 extra with there "own fees" after my insurance. They also tried to Charge me over $200 extra for a crown I had done. The balance was $350 and when I went to the front desk to pay before I left the lady almost charged my card for $532. Its almost as if they just make up a number and then charge you for it. I now question every bill I have ever gotten from them since recently they are trying to OVER CHARGE me for everything done Check with your insurance what you really owe before checking with there accounting because they sneak in there own fees that people wouldnt normally know about. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

Never once have I had a problem with billing and the dentist actually caught something on my brothers tooth that a previous dentist messed up. He has caught my cavities while they were really small and I have never ever had a problem with this dentist. When I got married I went to another dentist for my husband and I didnt like him compared to this dentist. Dont listen to the negative comments on this page, brush your teeth and floss and you shouldnt have a very big bill like those people.

Grosch Dental is wonderful! The dentist, Mr. Grosch is great. I had no pain and everything was explained as the procedure was being performed. Debi did a fantastic job of checking my insurance thoroughly. Tami was exceptional. She did a periodontal cleaning and I felt no pain as I had before at another dental office. The entire staff was remarkable and I would highly recommend this office to anyone. They also have an extremely clean office and state-of-the-art technology. Very happy.

Drea Kovacic is not a patient in our office, unfortunately she has written a review on a office in which she has never been a patient. With the first comment, insurance benefits are limited yearly, unfortunately in some cases the benefits will not accommodate a patients dental needs. But we are more than willing to work with patients in all aspects of their dental needs accordingly with or without insurance.

Absolute worst customer service. They are so rude and unorganized!!! & for some reason they just cant get their billing right. This place has been nothing but a headache since day one. Definitely advise NOT coming here.

Dr. Grosch is great the dental hygienist are great with the billing department is the worst Ive ever seen Ive talked to two other people that had the same problem with them overcharging and rebilling additional fees.
