I am writing this on behalf of my mom who went to this place last week. I agree that every person and experience is different. Pior to making her appointment she went back and forth with the idea.During one of our conversations she compared the place to a puppy mill. One big room, no privacy, one half was getting molds and such and other half was in surgery. I got on here and read the reviews. Just like everything else you get your good with your bad. I look at their Facebook page and read those reviews. Once again you get your good with your bad. Feeling slightly reluctant she agreed to go thru with the procedure. I received several sobbing calls from my mom over the duration of the next couple days. DAYS!! YES, you read that correctly. The place that is same day. Her first set was so messed up and uneven it was ridiculous!! Her new set is better.. not perfect. Not 2 grand perfect. The staff was to say the least insensitive to her feelings or emotions or concerns. They had her in tears several times. They were beyond rude, which was completely uncalled for. They lack even the lowest grade of professionalism. ONE staff member named Laura was the only staff member that was nice, caring, helpful, sensitive, & gentle. If you decide to grace this "business" with your business, I highly recommend you request Laura, or spend your hard earned momey elsewhere.

I first went to a dentist through my insurance who told me that i needed a crown and a filling. The cost of the crown alone was $1,400. I then went for a second opion to Dr. Calderon at DDS. I didnt not have a cavity, only staining; therefore I didnt need a filling. As far as the crown went, he was able to remove my filling, remove the decay under the filling and refill my tooth. Total cost $125. Im so glad I got a second opion. Also, if I did need the crown, it would have $830 compared to $1,400 from the orignal dentist. I wont be going back to Dr. Taylor in Kirkwood for obvious reasons. I will only be going to DDS.

I recently began going to DDS and am so pleased with the service. No judgement and there could be as I neglected my teeth when I was a single mom with no extra dollars to take care of my dental health. I have a lot of dental work to be done, and Im very comfortable allowing them to help me with this difficult journey. The fact that they take Care Credit helps make the payment much less painful as well : ) Highly recommend.

Cheap. Both the prices & the service. My experience only went as far as the consultation. The doctor barely said a word to me. No one explained anything or showed examples. The prices were low, but I believe you get what you pay for & this place lacked my trust. No thank you.
